I thought that this Sizzler location was really nice! A couple of friends of mine and I decided to go to Sizzler last Thursday before our movie that we bought tickets for at Regency Valley Plaza 6 Theater, mainly because it was walking distance across the parking lot from the theater. Even when I asked please don't burn my pattie, please cook it medium. It came burnt. Although I enjoy a good char flavor, I like my burgers medium, why I get them from a restaurant. Juicy and soft in the middle. If I wanted a well-done burger I would have gone to a fast-food chain. On top of that, they forgot the pickles. Picture didn't match the product. Even with all this I still enjoyed the burger. Sizzler usually has some really good burgers. Maybe it was the shift?...
The food was good and the place was very clean. The customer service was fantastic. The host Jose was super kind and considerate and patient with us during our meal decision. Only con about this place is the price of food.
