If a particular location does not accept coupons, they should clearly mark that both of the door and on their signage inside, using bigger than normal letters so people don't waste their time standing in line only to be told they don't accept the corporate coupons!

I have not come across an employee yet that does not need instructions on how to properly spread ingredients across the whole length and width of the sandwich so as not to leave the ends with nothing on them.

The manager needs to give a lesson on how to follow directions on making a sandwich. Either that or they take advantage the order was under Ubereats because the sandwich I ordered was skimped out. The saddest sandwiches I’ve eaten. The Sherman way and Woodman location would never. lol

Idk don’t even why the app picked that store. Smh :/

My sandwich looks like total garbage. I spent almost $50 on 3 simple sandwiches ,with no chips or drinks. Go somewhere else that's my advice. I'll never go back here

I went to this subway because it was participating in the promotional footlong deal. Ordered thru the app for pickup which is more convenient than standing there and telling them what you want or how much in the sandwich. Everything was made fresh to order and the sandwich was on point.

Order trough the internet, pay with google pay, they never got the order but took my money away, went there, talk to guy who does not know how bank transactions works, show him the transaction and he said still pending the transaction come back in few days when it clear to get your sandwich or get money back ...DONT ORDER online, they take the money but no order is made .Terrible problem solving skills employees....now got to contact my bank or go back and talk to manager and get my sandwich...remember Dont order online....
