Great place, a gem mostly known to locals, unfortunately. The place is inviting, tidy, neat and small, just enough to be cozy. An oasis in the middle of the neighborhood. Great sushi, great prices. I wonder how they keep the latter consistent?. I recommend it to anyone looking for great sushi at affordable price, just a minute away from Ventura Blvd, on tujunga ave and Moorpark st.

The food is AMAZING The service is AMAZING The whole vibe in general is great not to mention their prices are so pocket friendly. The hand rolls and rice balls are what keeps our family coming back each and every time. The ramen is also so so good. Very family friendly too! 😁

This is a local spot and I’m almost not wanting to share with the world but alas I must spread the word. Cute lil sushi joint across the street from a park. You can order take out to eat at Woodbridge park or sit in and enjoy the light jazz and homey atmosphere. They have a great hand roll happy hour and cheap sake + the Kobe beef sushi is insane. A must try.

I’ve been going to sushi 1 oh one since the 1990s. It’s almost like a local dive bar, familiar faces, and some of the most fabulous fish ever. Toshi can always find specialty sushi like Nodoguro and Unagi. They have wonderful specials for rolls and happy hour, making 101 incredibly affordable for this level of quality.
It’s not the prettiest place, but it’s the best! Love them.
