The Bar - Handrolls by Seabutter in Studio City offers a fantastic in-person experience. The fish is fresh and the rolls are made with care. The sushi is fresh, with superb fish quality. The tuna crunch roll and uni are fantastic, and the Uni Shooters are a favorite. The 6 handroll set and the 5 hand roll set are recommended, along with the H.Y.E. The service is premium, quick, friendly, and knowledgeable, with great recommendations. The atmosphere is really beautiful, unique, and striking. It is a cute and fun little experience, perfect for a cute dinner date. The sake is great. However, ordering takeout or delivery is not recommended, as the rolls come soft and soggy. Free parking is available behind the building.
