Sent a message about a ready order for pick-up via the app. But the order was not ready. They had not even started preparing the order for the customer when the delivery guy arrived. Why then notify everyone, including the customer, that the order was ready.

This location has the worst staffing I ever seen at a Taco Bell besides the Hispanic Manager all of their employees typically on the younger side under 21 seems like they have a hard time following directions following simple orders with a tablet attitude. There’s no diversity in the kitchen at all the entire kitchen one-hundred percent is Hispanic origin And if you don’t speak Spanish, good luck knowing when your food is ready because they were definitely not call out your name or order number

I used to be a regular customer at taco bell Glendale at Glenoaks and Allen but a few times when i ordered nachos, the chips had a bad smell and taste, I tried to call but never I had an answer, so I stopped going there,

Place was great and served my food out in a timely manner. Scored a free steak quesadilla because of a customer error. Would recommend 10 out of 10
