The staff is always so polite and welcoming. Food is always fresh.

Burger was good. For some reason, not as good as it used to be a few months ago tastewise. Bun, was unfortunately soggy as usual.

Staff there is fantastic, WELL TRAINED and is attentive. It's your customers' needs all of the time, so I know they're trained properly, as I have been a corporate trainer for restaurant chains.

Would be great if they stopped cooking fries & chips with deadly seed oils and used Healthy Beef Tallow instead. If they truly care - I'm certain they'll get their act together soon.

And I hope that they stop making the buns so soft that the beef, patty, it causes it to be very soggy.

Some people think that's the way a burger. It's supposed to be, but it's not. I've made plenty avergers at home, that are never soggy. Even when we ordered the buns well toasted, they still wind up soggy, half the time.

Like the variety of options we like the Cookies n Cream shake Onions are good and fresh.

I work around the plaza so this is my go-to place to order from. Every time I have a full shift, I just order on the app, set a time to pick it up and my food is ready to go when I get there. The food is delicious and I always get the correct order, there have been no mishaps. The employees are really nice, I love the environment, personally it's the best place to eat from. My favorite meals are the Southwest Chicken Sandwich and the Southwest Chicken Wrap, I love the crunchiness of the tortilla strips and they are so tasty!

I had the pleasure of dining at The Stand - North Hollywood tonight, and let me tell you, it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure every part of my visit was seamless and enjoyable.

I ordered the French Onion Soup Burger, and wow—it was bursting with flavor! The burger was perfectly cooked, with all the rich, savory goodness you’d expect from a French onion soup-inspired dish. The caramelized onions, melty cheese, and flavorful beef patty were perfectly balanced, making each bite unforgettable. I paired it with a side of their regular fries, which were crispy, golden, and seasoned to perfection.

The meal was super filling and well worth the price of $17.96. For the quality and portion size, it felt like a fantastic value.

If you're in the North Hollywood area and looking for a spot with amazing food and outstanding service, The Stand is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back soon to try more of their menu.

I'm very disappointed with this place at laurel canyon NoHoWest. Staring from customer service. Specially a dude named IVANN . He was very disrespectful and careless, It look like he was in a rush to leave work because he refused to give me service 15min before the restaurant closes while I was there ROGER tried to help me at least with a veggie burger but IVANN made it very difficult he end up yelling at me saying kitchen was closed. Besides bad customer service there were times when I got the order wrong and raw meat when I asked overcooked. I came back even when my food was wrong but after the bad experience with IVAN I decided to find a different restaurant even though I live very close but I preferred to go to a different restaurant.

My burger had plastic pieces on it. After letting the manager know, she said she would have the order remade. I waited 30 minutes, and my burger still had not come out. I went up the counter and the crew didn’t know about my order being remade. After waiting another few minutes, since the manager was out of the building and my burger had yet to be made, I was given a refund.

Not sure what was happening that day, but definitely the first and last time I try this place out.

Clean and welcoming environment with friendly helpful staff! We're from out of town and so thankful coming across such a great place with wonderful employees!!! Wish we had something this this were we live up north!
