We made a reservation, was seated and was ignored for 20 min. We told the host and manager. They didn't care. Not worth your time.

Best food I've had and I'm hard to impress, service amazing, great atmosphere. If you come ask for Thomas he's the best

So disappointed!!! Overpriced food which also included an additional food tax/service tax. The food was meh nothing great or delicious it was just standard burgers and pasta. The place was empty yet we had to make a reservation in order to eat there. We’re still not entirely sure about the theme about this place but there was a weird looking dude in suspenders just walking around, not helping or talking to customers or doing anything. We would never eat here again. Big thumbs down, don’t waste your money!

Don’t get the chocolate bacon or pickle burger really awful. Spinach dip is stale and mainly spinach almost no cheese or artichoke. Honestly wanted a refund for everything but didn’t want to stay there any longer it’s a trap run away spent $90 after tip for a terrible meal

Overall the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen was OK. We opted to sit at the bar because there was a 15 minute wait because most of the tables were reserved and the staff needed to see if they would actually show up or not. I got the vegan burger and fries and my partner ordered a chicken burger but was served a steak burger — we were strapped for time so he ended up eating it instead of asking for it to be remade. My burger was pretty decent, lots of flavorful onion, his on the other hand wasn’t very good, he thinks maybe it was cooked in vegetable oil because it didn’t have a lot of flavor.

In the end he wasn’t charged for his burger because of the mess up which was thoughtful of the staff.

The decor inside is really neat and it’s a convenient location if you want a sit down meal before going in to Universal.

Enjoyed my time at this restaurant. Came down during a day at universal to get some real food for lunch
I got a burger, and was pleasantly surprised to see a pretzel bun! Burger was great and filling.
Staff were slightly non existent and hard to find but that wasn’t a huge problem
Ordered the mint chocolate milkshake and it was amazing, best part was the ice cream sandwich on top. It did take quite a while, but good. My friend got the pineapple one, but I wasn’t a huge fan of that
Also got a box of truffles and they were quality and good, but I’m not an expert
Quite expensive, but you’re literally at universal studios! What did you expect? It does suck though

I personally think this place was fun. I enjoyed the creative menu (even the stuff I didn't love). The service was good for us and the costumed "owners" of the restaurant were cute. Thanks for a good night.

Food was solid, but we waited so long to be served even though we reserved the spot. After eating, we waited 20 minutes just to pay.

Unfortunately they stop selling macarons best thing to go buy there now it's just another alcohol bar. This place target audience is mainly adults not a inviting family oriented restaurant. We where thinking of doing a bday celebration here but now theirs no way.
