How can it possibly take this long to take an order?

Obviously a cool QSR within Universal , food was good but it took forever to get , or missed the order all together as this place gets super busy. But it’s definitely a good place to bite down on some burgers.

Really cool atmosphere. Thought it would be like a restaurant, but it's more like a fast food place.YOU WILL GET FOOD POISIONING FROM EATING HERE. My family did and if you read other reviews don't eat there. My wholy family of 6 got extremely ill after eating there. Almost ruined the whole vacation.

Started off with bad service at the entrance to Toadstool cafe. Think you would put more friendly people out front and someone like this person in the back where they don’t interact with people.Power up pasta was gross my son said when he bit into it.My short ribs never came out, I didn’t eat. Was sold old out of multiple times.Set a reservation to stand in line to wait to get to stand in a new line to order, then to stand in a line to get a table, where you sit for 30-45 minutes to get a pasta and then be told that your meal was over sold. All around a bad experience. Tables around me didn’t look too happy either.

Sorry to say that even the reservations won't save you from being forgotten about or potential disaster service. After making a reservation, I literally watched two families get their food before my table being seated after us. We didn't even get our appetizers. So I had to make the choice after over 1 hour wait to refund and cancel orders since closing time was approaching. A better choice to do that than complain near closing time.I have to rate one star for the food since we had no food, and of course one for service since the best they had was the front desk and the reservation system. As Gordon Ramsey would state, "you can tell something is broken with their approach, no systematic framework, nothing". You can have nice staff but as a PM, it is primal knowledge that broken approaches renders "niceness" void (experienced it and have expertise on this). Yes the servers may be nice, but the complaint is your system. It's trash and the managers must do something or step down now.The only good experience was the theatrical and watching the screens and lights, but it's gets old after seeing the entire cutscenes multiple times. The seating area needs rework badly. There is no excuse for the seating in the middle where you sit next to other families. I mean do you forget that people can still get sick? People don't want other people's kids near them while eating. I suggest removing that area and revamping it to something else.Otherwise, a professional warning. This place is bound to go downhill quickly if no changes are made immediately and it should be inspected.

Atmosphere was nice but the service was horrible. Waited almost an hour just for Garlic knots. Saw them bring out huge meals to other people but something as simple as garlic knots took forever. Took up entirely too much of my time.

This restaurant is the best place in the whole theme park, the food was amazing, the plating was incredible, but I only give it 4 stars for service because it took 30 minutes to get seated, but 30 seconds to be served. If you haven’t gone to this restaurant, I recommend getting the Mario burger and the princess peach cupcake. This feeds 1-2 hungry people!Dietary restrictions: I’d say the dietary restrictions here aren’t as good, this is because you can take ingredients away from your food, but you can’t substitute them or put them on the side.

The theming of the restaurant and food is so cute, but the nonsensical way it’s run really sours the experience. Despite having a reservation, you still need to stand in a line to both order your food and get a table. Our reservation was at 1:30 and we did not eat for nearly another hour. This place needs to commit to either being fast casual or sit down.

It does require a reservation! Remember to reserve as soon as you enter the park or refresh the reservation in the early afternoon! The food was not that bad but don’t expect it to be too good??

Love the atmosphere! Burgers were dry but the fries were crispy and good. Reservation is required and fills up quickly on a Sunday.

Food: good 4/5 (extra kudos goes to the mushroom soup and container).Service: they brought us our food with a smile which was about all for service.Atmosphere: super cute/as to be expected. Would’ve been super cute if the staff were all wearing Toad’s hat.

Really nice atmosphere, good burgers and inexpensive for what it is. The portions are generous, the only downside is the waiting list and the very long wait for the dishes.

If it says it’s full, scan the QR code to the left of the entrance and keep checking online. Some spots should open up. Arrive 5 mins before your time and wait by the entrance. Seating is well organised and service is good overall. The food is also fine (for a fast food joint) and kids will love the presentation.Kid-friendliness: It’s geared towards kids and there are several good options for them to choose from.

If I had known it was going to be another 1 hour (didn’t start ordering food until 1 hour later) before actually sitting when you get in line for your reservation at 5:45pm I would have chosen to eat somewhere else. When you order you literally sit for 20-30 min waiting for food to be delivered to your table. If you are hungry like my kids and I were do not bother. Allow an extra hour or 1.5 hour before actually eating when you have a reservation to stand in 2 more lines and stand while your host/hostess searches for the best table when there is more than half of seats available in dining area. Don’t expect to be waited on either at your table. Even though you just spent $70 in food for 3 people. We never had napkins because they ran out and nobody not even the host could find time to get us some. He actually told me I needed to go get the napkins myself. Be prepared that you will be disappointed in the service and the ridiculous amount of time you spend just standing there waiting. Plus the Food doesn’t out way the wait time to actually eat and the overall experience. I do not recommend.
