Toadstool Cafe Reviews
Although we had a reservation, we still had to wait in the line for half an hour to make an order and then wait for some time to get the food. Food was okay. I got burger and it was good, but not great. It is overpriced like every restaurant in universal. The atmosphere is what I like the most.
The service there was just great and it even accepted my offer to take the mushrooms out of the burger and it was quite nice. They were fast and you order by QR code and the service is still spot on. The desert was princess peach's cake it was great and had many toppings.
SOOO CUTEE. Everything is so cute in here. Go here for the experience. Plus you get unique souvenirs like little mushroom bowls if you purchase the soup. Atmosphere is great. The drink was so delicious, 100% recommend. The Mt. Beanpole cake was DELICIOUS. I’m not kidding, it tastes like a Neapolitan ice-cream. The spaghetti was okay, the 1lb meatball was definetly a challenge, and the burger was okay. The mushroom soup was pretty good, but the bowl is SO CUTE!

Toadstool Cafe is a unique quick-service restaurant located in Universal, known for its charming atmosphere and good food. The mushroom soup and Mario burger are standouts on the menu, and the presentation of the dishes is impressive. The restaurant is a popular spot, and it is recommended to try the Princess Peach cupcake, which can serve one to two people. Staff are friendly and attentive, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal.
The restaurant is visually pleasing, with animated little windows inside and delightful decor. Customers have praised the Bowser's challenge meatball, the ? Block tiramisu, and the short rib special. While the spaghetti and garlic knots received mixed reviews, the overall experience is described as a "really cute experience" that is worth visiting, especially for fans of Nintendo. Some recent visitors enjoyed the Yoshi mushroom Alfredo, noting that it had a cute presentation and a creative Super Mario spin, but mentioned it was a bit pricey. However, there were also comments about the food quality, stating that it tasted like microwaved meals and was less than decent. Despite this, the atmosphere remains immersive and clean, making it a fun place for families, even though the service could be improved.
