It took them 20 to 30 minutes to give us our breakfast jacks sandwiches yesterday 8-21-25. We were dining in. They only gave us our sandwiches after asking for them. Her excuse was she deleted our order after paying for it. Yet after asking where our sandwiches were, it only took seconds to give us our sandwiches. BTW we were the only customers inside so it appeared slow.

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes, short changed us at the window and then told to wait in front for order then they gave us a bag with 2 burgers and 2 tacos it was missing 2 fries and 2 tacos so went in told them and got home only 1 fry was in bag and the burgers were burnt and not what we ordered!! Never again

Overall, fast, friendly, and quality of food is very consistent. Love the two tacos for 1.99 and the Breakfast Jack always great.

This store is running slow. Maybe they're short staffed. Maybe the staff is trying to make a point. All I know is that if you're hungry or are short on time, you should reconsider.

Told the girl working no pickles three times and guess what was still on my sandwich yup pickles but she didn't seem like she spoke very good English so that's probably the issue will not come here again. The fries were also cold

⛔UPDATE: Well.... one of the employees in the drive through skimmed my card and stole a lot of my money, so that was cool but before that ❗ Completely addicted to those Oreo milkshakes 😱
Very cold inside cashier not helpful or friendly very cold that matches the cold AC in dining area cause food to get cold within 5 min
It's Jack in the Box...it's always great, and now that I know how to use the APP, it's even easier to order and puck up without ant hassles.

Order the the grilled chicken salad. The chicken was cold.
