Jack in the Box

I accidentally ordered an online order to a different jack in the box location and it was too far of a drive while not having the best day anyways, the manager Betty was super helpful and immediately said don't worry about it we will make it here for you! I even asked her if I should call the other store and she said no no I will call don't worry about it. The staff was SO friendly and kind. I don't think I've ever been too a fast food place with nicer staff and management... thank you guys so much for making my day 🩷 i will be coming back forsure 😊

Service was very slow. Curly fries tasted awful, bad oil. I forget fast food places use cheap oil, it leaves an after taste that is bad

The employees were very friendly and I had my food ready quickly. I live in the east so I don't normally get to Jack in The box. I have their breakfast sandwiches and tacos. I would describe them as very average. Normally one breakfast sandwich at another chain will fill me up I was still hungry after two of theirs. The taco was basically a lump of cheese with little else. So the food quality not up to competition.

Been to many JIB places and I find that not all places sell decaf coffee. This was one. Not terribke but thats all I can drink. Can't drink regular coffee. But anyhow their service was good, food decent. My burger and tacos seem rushed. Food all over the wrapping but hey its fast food.

Everything was fine. The location is right off the freeway, which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and fast. They attended to me in Spanish. The only observation is that when they served me they didn't give me the condiments, I had to ask for them directly at the counter; but the staff reacted with kindness.

didn’t give our entire order then tried to gaslight me saying it was coming in the second bag after she said to have a good night and thank you. don’t gas light and guilt me when you forgot half my order.

I’ll cut to the chase the cashier is an idiot. I asked for a bottle of water as a substitute for my drink that comes with the meal. He charged me for the drink anyways.

Then he claimed that he didn’t hear me say I want a bottle of water to drink instead of the soda that comes with the meal.

Then he refused to refund the cup that I don’t need. So instead of arguing with a dim wit over a couple of dollars I took my meal and the cup that I didn’t want. I will not be returning to this specific location anymore. But I will go to any other jack in the box in California.

Ps. When you meet this idiot make sure you speak slowly and don’t use big words otherwise he might get confused and overcharge you too.
