A regular jack in the box experience overall. Comes in clutch when you're in the middle of nowhere but other than that it's nothing special. When you could get a meal in under 10 dollars it was a different story. Now jack is not even the second cheapest option available.

Our order was messed up but the staff was great and corrected immediately. They we very friendly and courteous.The sourdough bacon burger was great.
It's harald to rate atmosphere since I always hit the drove thru. However the food was ok. I literally base it off the tacos and the jalapeño popers.. and yes believe or not..diffrent locations give out diffrent quality. This one the jalapeño poperd were good but thr tacos were a fail. I might have got some of the one that have been make for a while already..it happens

The disgusting rude new boy that's at the window 12/29/23 @12:28p. Just ruined this place for me. I pull up And he does this loud sigh that I ignored and assumed it was about something else, I'm getting my money out and I'm literally about to hand it to him and he sighs again and tilts his head back and says to the person who is behind him "she wanna take her time" sir, where are you going ? Are you not stuck there til later? You couldn't even wait til I left. Rude, disgusting, and immature. Didn't expect to get that, I just wanted fries and tiny tacos. I drove off without them and I guess I'll never have them again. The whole company is Ruined for me, if that's who they hire to deal with people.

To start off they made me wait to take my order when there was no one in the line. Ijust ordered and supervisor Maria charge me ranch .. it says extra sauce cost more??? I didn't even get any sauce to start with and your charging me extra .. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
