I ordered a breakfast burrito (1:45am) and after 5 minutes waiting the cashier told me that they can’t serve breakfast until 3am so I asked for my money back and she told me that she can’t do it because the manager wasn’t there another 5 minutes passed and manager showed up saying she’s on lunch that I have to wait. I told them that sorry but I was on clock so I can’t wait so they ended up with my money and also I have no way to prove it cause they didn’t even give me a receipt. I won’t recommend it to go there cause they will steal your money

almost every time my girlfriend and I come here they say they are closed for 30 mins for some random reason they make up. I've came back after 30 mins to make sure they and they said the same lie because they didnt want to take orders. I've already complained to the manager before and nothing has changed. Terrible customer service, I work in fast food and would never do this. REDICULOUS

Extremely poor customer service all the way to the top of franchise operator. I contacted customer service because of a poor experience I had which they apologized and issued a refund process to the franchise operator. They told me the operator would be in contact with me and instead I didn't hear from them. I had to contact Wendys again who reissued the refund process for the franchise to complete and instead they denied it, tried to lie in an email that I took "several days" to ask for a refund (I didn't I contacted them the next day) and said they would only refund me for the missing food item (items because there were several) and not the poor food quality.

I got a Cobb salad. It looked good until I got to the bottom of the salad and it was slimy I didn't eat the rest of the salad. The next day I had to number two about 10 times and it was pure liquid.
