Not just another Mexican sit down restaurant. Place has been fully remolded, and is really clean. Music and service are really good too.Food is fresh and not heavy with a ton of flavor. Everything seems cook to order.Definitely worth a try

My group and I were all very impressed with the service and appreciate the hospitality. The food was tasty, and the drinks were great. But the friendliness of everyone working there made our stay wonderful. Sabrina was our server and she was most friendly in helping us choose our drinks and out meals. She made our stay most enjoyable.

While the customer service was exceptional, there were organizational issues during our visit. Despite making a reservation, we had to wait an hour for seating. It seems reservations may not be as effective during busy weekends. Additionally, the quality of the food was subpar, especially during brunch. I recommend addressing these issues for a better dining experience.

Sadly something seems to be very wrong at this specific location lately. The last three times I have been here, The wait for a host to even show up to the front has been super long. My daughter and I love to come here for their queso dip and fried ice cream. Cheese was cold and didn't taste the same . And for our luck, they didn't have ice cream ?. It will probably be a while before we forget and decide to come back.
For starters, I ordered my steak well done, and my wife's, both came redish pink, waitress could use more attentiveness towards tables, and perhaps just a bit less time between the times she takes to come back to each table
There was plastic wrap in my enchilada. I told the waitress and she took it to show the cook. The manager never came over to apologize or offer any discount. Very bad food quality.
The service and staff was excellent. The ambiance was a little ruined by a large party with several unruly children and teenagers with lack of supervision (totally on the parents, not much the staff could've really done ). Perhaps a better initial seating arrangement so the children weren't going between tables and booths during buffet style brunch were us and plenty other guests were walking around back and forth with plates of hot food? I almost spilled a hot plate of pozole on one small child because she darted in front of me. But again, not on the staff but on the inconsiderate parents.

The staff was amazing and made my 24th Anniversary a memorable one. Our first date was at this restaurant and we wanted to bring back that first date memory. Thanks for everything that was done for us.
Waited in front of the restaurant for almost 30 minutes to be seated.... The hostess was busy serving drinks and cleaning so she was oblivious to us and the other 4 parties of people waiting to be seated. I walked around the restaurant looking for the manager and when I found him he said he would have the hostess come seat us. 10 more minutes and finally the hostess took us to the worst tables she could find. 20 minutes of sitting with no chips, no water and nothing ordered. The buffet was unmanned so food was all over other food and everything was cold..... disgusting and disappointing. Also ordered food from the menu and it was cold and not tasty. Wasted my money and time that I can't get back. Most awful experience ever!!!!!!

Went for my Birthday with Father and several friends, had requested a Booth out of the way since my Father has dementia, a hard time walking, and gets confused easily now and has a hard time focusing and hearing. Was not provided and could not find us one, where we ended up getting seated had stairs and many people around so he just ate and could not talk with anyone. Did not get Chips for quite a while despite it not appearing very busy and they were never re-filled throughout the whole time we were there. Food was not up to your former standards, everyone just thought it was okay, nothing special. Though we are near the Sherman Oaks Location, we come out here because it has always been better with good parking, attentive servers, and good food. Perhaps we will have to re-think are trips out there.
We went for Sunday Brunch and have being going for over 10 years. This was the worst experience ever. Our server, Juan R, was extremely poor. It took repeated requests by me to receive our original order of champaign, orange juice, ice water, chips & sauce, etc. My wife had to request coffee several times and he never asked if she would like a refill. I had to request the complimentary pancakes and they came cold. Also, he was so distracted with chatting with others - it was difficult to get his attention. In order to get the final bill, I had to request the individual cleaning off our take to get him. The basic "hot" food (tacos, rice, etc.) was not warm at all. At the desert area - I requested a sliced banana (not banana foster) with some ice cream. The individual serving said I'd have to wait for all the banana foster customers first.

This time the service was very slow. They closed down one complete section and had less servers. They gave us a place where it was completely private but at the same time, easy to forget for server as it is in a kind of space which is aloof from everybody

Went there on Saturday morning at 8:30 am at the time of my reservation, and they were closed. If they had short staffing, they should have informed us. False advertising of open hours

The brunch with bottomless mimosas was amazing! Excellent value! Food was sooo good!! Our waiter was great. We went at 1230 so it wasnt as crowded. Sone of the lines were long and sone confusion but all in all i highly recommend! Cant wait to go back
Food was great, we were seated as soon as we got there and we got the order fast too. I only give 4 stars for service because the girl who helped us wasn't that friendly but probably she was so stressed... Food was yummy!!!!
