This location is horrible with mobile orders
And there’s no enough employees to help
Usually there’s only 1 employee he do 2 things
Taking orders and making orders at the same time
Waiting time is unbelievable!!!!

The place always offers really good desserts at a cheap price and the drinks as well. They could work on their customer service though.

Kid-friendliness: Maybe it was just that one employee but she got mad when my child was jumping trying to reach a balloon that was stuck inside their restaurant. She immediately yelled out from the counter telling him he couldn't be jumping.

Wheelchair accessibility: You have to climb stairs to get here. I think other places in the shopping center have wheelchair access

Nice variety and most are very yummy… I probably tried them all by now.
Prices are good and affordable but service was not so good …

Few times I come from far away to get a tea arround 8 to 8:30 at nigth and they said is no more tea I think you should pay more atencion to this cuz is very frustrated to drive long distance and you donn have what you like .
At 8:30 they don't have any bread or drinks .

I didn't like that while we were eating there, their way of telling us they were closing/closed was to turn off the light on us before we were finished. The least they could have done was to come over to us and let us know that they would be closing soon, but they did not do that.
Also, as I was about to order, another customer walked up to the counter and the cashier took her order, somehow forgetting I was there.
It seems like the employee may be angry or bothered that they have to work there in the evenings because they totally lack customer service. They seem to forget it is the customers that keep that company in business, not the employees! ?

The best coffee the best bakery is so delicious. I recommend this is better than Portos is better than Starbucks. Try this coffee. I really recommend it. I love it.

We went in on a whim and ended up getting their Cantonese moon cake box. We brought it home and upon opening, one of them had mold all over it. The expiration date was listed as October 6, 2024. We called the store and were told that the manager only approved of an exchange and to bring it in. At that point, we just wanted a refund because we didn’t trust if any of the others had been compromised. We went all the way back to the store the next day and got a refund. We won’t be returning!

Keeps rejecting my online orders without an explanation. Very frustrating when I need the cake for a birthday. Will go in person and try but the online experience I've been having is less than satisfactory. I only want to pick up one cake. Never had this issue with Portos js.
Update: went in person, they do not have my cake of choice. Taking my business to portos near by.

Had the Matcha Roll it was phenomenal
