I finally decided to get something from Auntie Anne when I was inside Northridge mall. It been a while for me but when we walked past it, I saw the Pepperoni Pretzel nuggets and wanted to try it. When we walked past it the first time, there was a long line so we went to visit some other stores first. When we came back, the line was gone and I was able to order right away. I was shocked on how much just 1 cup of Pepperoni pretzel was. The price of it was more than a full Hot N Ready pizza from Little Caesars. If you wanted some dipping sauces for the pretzel, that would be extra as well. The pretzel was okay to me, not like out of this world but for the price I paid I think I would've been better off ordering a full pizza elsewhere. So would I go back and try ordering again from here, that would be a no but it's good to have at least once in a while.

Purchased three original pretzels today around 11:30am and all three tasted as if they were two days old. Auntie Anne's used to be my favorite place for pretzels, sad to see that change.

The pretzel bites here are the best. Plus, the guy working there is pretty cute too so that's a plus

Purchase pretzel bites. When I got home they were burnt and cold. Employees should know not to serve inadequate food, the batch should have been thrown out. Terrible!

Excellent pretzels. Cooked perfectly. Love the Crushed Almond pretzel the best. Usually, I add extra butter to give it a rich taste. They are one of the best pretzels I have eaten.

The app said I could come here to get a free pretzel. When I arrived, the coupon said it had already been redeemed (even though it hasn’t) and the people who work here were no help. Thanks for wasting my time.

Now open for business. Both stores upper and lower levels in Northridge Mall. Very good tasty pretzels. Free pretzel on your birthday with the app.

Don't go here!!! They make you order from the app then walk you to the exit door with your pretzels making you feel like a total moron. Just close this location.
