Ordered a golden state burrito today. It was awful; it's supposed to have fries but there were no potatoes. I ordered it with steak and they gave me 1 piece of meat the size of my thmb and a few smaller pieces. The entire burrito was a blob of queso, guac, and raw onions and peppers. It cost me $16. I'm done with Baja Fresh, many locations are closing and it's clear why. When I walked in there were 2 ladies waiting at the counter, a line cook carrying on like nobody was around, and me. I was hoping to pick up my online order, which was ready, but the line cook said to wait for someone else to come. A few minutes later a lady rushed to the front from the back area and gave me my food.
Horrible food and bad service? no thanks.

So incredibly overpriced. I will never eat at this chain again. I might not feel so bad paying such exorbitant prices if I knew the employees here were getting paid a decent wage but they’re probably making minimum wage. The location is fine but Baja Fresh is charging $15 for a small bowl of food… price gouging and corporate greed at its best.

The truth is that I had not eaten Baja Fresh for several years and today I spent it with my children and the food was very bad, the truth is, the meat tasted old, the sauces were very salty and the rice, don't say, very bad, nothing freshly made, I'll stick with Chipotle to be honest ?

It’s a little dirty. The staff is not concerned about making sure the place is presentable. The hot sauce tasted like it was a few days old.

last week I went to the one in Northridge Chips were staled but food was fresh and good I Notice something Weird I think the chef stealing the food ? I saw him walking out with some bags I think he’s selling the owners food ?
