I am president of a large business networking group in the SFV. Once a month, our group meets for a nightly get-together. We make reservations at different restaurants around the west valley. This past Thursday 8/28/25, we made reservations with Rachel, who is the manager at the Bar Louie at the Northridge Mall. I must honestly say that this was the best experience my entire group and I have had at any restaurant we have been at for the last several years. I had about 25 people show up and Rachel and her staff were ready for us. The service was great, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere out on the patio was terrific! In the past, other managers from other restaurants had promised us private areas and plenty of service, which almost never happens even when we make reservations way in advance. At Bar Louie, Rachel did everything she promised us! She had our private patio all ready to go, the servers were on top of it and after the event was over and everybody left happy, Rachel even came out and sat with me for a few minutes just to make sure we were satisfied. I wish I had managers like her in my own company. We will definitely be coming back.

They were a bit slow at lunch because the cook didn't read no cheese on 1 burger. However the burgers are 1/2 lb burgers for only $10.00 all day on Tuesday's
