I usually order the Half and Half Chicken. They are always friendly, and the food is delicious. However, when I occasionally order the Spicy Secret Sauce Chicken, the sauce isn’t evenly coated. Also, the food often comes out later than the estimated time given.
I made a pick up order for 1:45, then received an update that my order will be ready at 1:55. I was good with the update so at least I knew when to come pick up my order. Around 1:30, I received a text saying my order is ready. It was nice that my order was ready ahead of time because usually this location is busy and if I order in store, there’s a good 30 min wait minimum. But I was not prepared to come earlier than my original pick up time. I ended up coming to get my order...
