The staff member who assisted us today June 18, 2025 was very rude and handled the service poorly—he nearly threw the ice cream cup onto the counter. When we asked for samples, he abruptly told us they don’t offer any. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. I give zero stars!!

I was shopping at the mall when I was craving a little sweet treat. I stopped by Ben and Jerry’s for some ice cream and this sweet cashier helped me choose a good flavor and she was the sweetest person ever. She took time to serve my order and she also served while doing it. So cute so

Everyone is super nice but the tall guy is really cool, he’s always polite, super quick and remembers my order (cookie cookie shake no whipped cream) have HIM help you for the best service
