From the moment my daughter and I walked in, we were greeted cheerfully. It took a moment for a waiter to show himself, but I was really impressed when he took our 'specialized ' order for appetizers and drinks without writing it down. Very fast service. He gave us enough time to enjoy the appetizers before coming to ask about entrees. When asked about certain cuts of steak, he was very knowledgeable on each one and how the taste would be. These again were not written down but perfectly delivered. When I asked him for suggestions on the cheesecake dessert, he was extremely helpful with informing us what he, himself, had tried as well as thoughts on other cheesecakes other patrons had eaten. His recommendations were a thousand percent on point. (Some servers seem to listen but they don't really...this guy did and was simply fantastic). He was very situationally aware and seemed to know when my daughter or I needed him (great technique). He provided a bag of things that I had ordered to go right as we were finishing up our cheesecake. There was no rush. We finished our drinks as he provided the bill. Our waiter took the bill and payment, was gone for maybe 2 minutes, said thank you with a smile and left to let us totally finish up and prepare to leave. I know that I am not by any means the best tipper...but I waitressed myself in younger years and my server blew me away. On a check, I gave him $40 on the credit card and then another $40 in cash. I'm not bragging about it. But I am saying that he did such a wonderful job that he deserve a big tip. (It was only my daughter and I) I think this young man definitely deserved a large tip. The Cheesecake Factory - a beautiful place with fantastic servers and hostess's. (At least at the Northridge mall.) Thank you again for the beautiful good and the exceptional service! (Can't remember the servers name....possibly Charles?!?😂 )

The deviled eggs weren't great and the shrimp and grits had plenty of shrimp but, the grits could had been thicker. Not sure if all of this was dining at the end of brunch but, definitely won't get those items again.

Went on a Thursday night. They were not busy. We were sat at a table by the bar, the table had bread crumbs on it and needed a wipe up. I asked the host to have someone to wipe the table she said she'll have somebody come over. We waited for about 5 minutes, then our server came by and asked again for the table to be wiped down. She said she'll get someone but can she take our drink order. Didn't feel like she was the most friendly person kind of annoyed that I asked for the table to be cleaned. We ordered our food. My wife asked for her steak medium well It was over cooked. Mine was fine. The server never came to check to see if we needed anything. When she did was just to drop off the check. I used to love Black Angus, but don't think I will go back to the Northridge location for sure. They are now very expensive. 3 people no cocktails over $ 130.

Either today was a fluke, or the quality just keeps going down. All 4 of our steaks were overcooked, very disappointing. Why even ask us how we want it cooked? You say send it back to the kitchen? No way, good luck, we all know what happens (not specifically saying this Black Angus, just in general). Server was nice though.

This was a little disappointing. The steaks that we ordered were very underwhelming. The desserts were delicious. But the most pleasant thing about this place was the service we received from our server. She was amazing! The hostess was a little rude.

Black Angus is a really good restaurant—it’s one of my favorites, almost like my second kitchen, haha! I would definitely give Black Angus 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, and another 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for the server. The food and desserts are delicious, but my favorite is the salmon with wild rice and asparagus—so yummy! Everyone there is so kind and very nice. My favorite server is Melissa. Highly recommended!

My go-to place for Prime Rib in the neighborhood! Try their potato chips! Comes with two dips: buffalo sauce and ranch. The potato chips are freshly fried. Goes so well with the 2 dips. Also, they have this seasonal pumpkin cheesecake! If you like pumpkin pie and you like cheesecake, you get the best of both worlds in one dessert! :D Friendly and efficient staff. Plenty of parking in the free parking lot around the restaurant.
