Every time I order through postmates I'm missing items and this is like 6 times now so I hope all delivery services refuse to do business with them in the future.

Our waitress was Ashley. She was awesome. Funny, friendly and stayed on top of our service, especially when it started to get busy. If you do go and dine there, hopefully you get Ashley. ??

Alright... so the price of the BBQ went up to a crazy amount... Am I hung up on the BBQ costing for chicken tenders? Yes... the visit was pretty good overall. Due to the hassle with the BBQ sauce, I am going to ding my review slightly. I realize this is a franchise rule and every waiter is trained to do this, but still annoying.

Hi Black angus, Sorry to say, this visit to the Black Angus was the worst meal I (and my friend) have ever received there. We had the incentive of BOGO 50% off, to order something really expensive (for us). We ordered the 12 oz Prime Ribs - medium with salad or loaded baked potato soup and we each wanted a baked potato (with the sour cream and chives ON THE SIDE). When I ordered the loaded baked potato soup, I SPECIFICALLY asked the server to 'heat it up' (wanted it HOT). Well, when the soup came, it was 'maybe' luke warm - - room temperature - - so had to send it BACK. Well, this time it was somewhat warmer (but still Not HOT). Next came the main course - Prime Rib and baked potatoes. The Prime Rib was a DINGY GRAY (not red) with lots a fat attached to it (I expected some, but this was . . . . . ). . . like it had been sitting in the warming 'area' for a long time. Now to the Baked potatoes - - one was served with the sour cream and chives ON the baked potato (when ordered 'ON THE SIDE') that was maybe 'luke' warm (more like 'room temperature - - wouldn't even melt the butter I put on it). The other baked potato was NUDE with nothing and served with NO sour cream, etc. It was ALSO (maybe 'luke' warm) served at ROOM temperature. AND, the server NEVER came back to inquire about 'did we need anything?' YES, . . please heat-up this 'cold' baked potato. (It was taken home to eat at a warmer temperature (heated up in the microwave)). Overall, the company was good, but the service and food was Not up to YOUR usual standard.

Normally a pleasant dining experience and servers well known to us. Not this time. Mistakes from start to finish including forgetting parts of our order and errors on the bill. Won't stop us from going again but forewarned.

this was a Sat. night. Got very busy about 6:30 Pm. We were seated at 6 pm per our reservation. Food was excellent, Server did a fine job. Only concern was feeling rushed. Still had salad left to finish and entrees came out very (too) quickly. We were done with our meal in an hour. So many people were waiting as we left that it was hard to make a path to the door to exit.

As usual, the food was hot & delicious. The service was very good, which made our experience the best. Our waitress made every effort to make sure we had what we needed & wanted.

My family has gone to celebrate our birthday at Black Angus for decades and we have always had the restaurant sing us Happy Birthday. (Not to mention my dad used to work there as a chef 30+ years ago.) My parents went to celebrate and the server who's name is Saferil did not even tell us her name until the end of the meal, terrible service, not friendly at all, and told us the restaurant was too busy to sing Happy Birthday to my dad. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be visiting this location from now on. Saferil needs a demotion because clearly she should not be working a customer service job.

Service was lacking and the flavor of the steak I got was a little flat. Price would have expected a much better flavor to the meet. Waited 45 minutes and no server or anyone came to the table. DO NOT GO

First of all, I want to thank Brian K for contacting me and saying that he would make things right. My wife and I visited this last Saturday, and I have to say that it was a stellar experience. Service was better than on point and the food was excellent. Our server Leah brought out refills without having to be prompted and did multiple check-ins. Happily this Black Angus will be my favorite go to spot as it has been in the past. Thank you Brian and Leah for making this a wonderful visit!

We ordered a Campfire dinner for 2 ($69) with New York steaks and the sampler tray appetizer ($5 extra), and a filet mignon & shrimp dinner. Each dinner came with 2 sides. The 6 oz filet mignon was good (cooked medium). Of the two New York steaks both were tough at the edges, but one was OK in the middle (cooked rare), and the second one (cooked medium rare) was so tough and leathery throughout that it couldn't be cut with their serrated steak knives or chewed (it was inedible). When we complained they offered to cook another steak but it was late so we couldn't wait for that. The sides (brocolli, potato au gratin, potato soup, beans, and baked potato) were basic, but good. In the past this used to be quite good without any extra charges. We've had the Campfire dinner many times in the past. But I wouldn't recommend the Campfire dinner for 2 after this experience. And, if you do order the Campfire dinner, you may wish to avoid the New York steak and instead pay the $5 extra per person for a better cut.
