Honestly out of all the boba spots within a mile radius of CSUN, my honest opinion would say this is the best. As you walk in you are greeted by the individual at the front and ready to answer any questions on their menu. Although the place isn't ran by young students and isn't necessarily "hip", the service is still extremely nice and welcoming. Pricing on the drinks are also very reasonable and similar to the other boba shops in the area. The drinks were really refreshing. Would highly Recommend coming and trying this place if you go to CSUN or happen to be in the area!

Amazing service and great drinks! Every time that I have come here, the service has been spectacular. I have only been 4 times and they already remembered my order which is nice considering how busy it gets. They are always super kind and very nice to talk to. The drink themselves are so tasty. They are consistent and I have not had a drink that I didn't like. 10/10 recommend

Abraham and Debra are the sweetest owners!! I LOVE their boba and have been loyal to their tea shop for years. The teas are all freshly brewed, makes such a difference in taste. I've never had anything there that I didn't like but their earl grey is SUPERIOR!

Very good boba! Very good service! The boba itself has its own yummy sweet flavor which I love, and it's soft and not super chewy. The drinks here are super sweet too, so if you are having that craving this is your place. Also next to an awesome Poke Restaurant!

Stopped by with my son this past weekend and we got there a bit early ,the older gentleman working that day let us in a few minutes before opening and helped us out with our order since it was our first time there. He was so helpful and really nice, he even took time to explain to us the drinks. As for the drinks they where delicious we got the pomegranate smoothie with boba, cookies and cream latte with bobas, and a matcha over ice with bobas. The place is clean and inviting

Stopped in at this boba shop while I was visiting CSUN and it didn't disappoint. I got their passion fruit green tea with boba and it totally hit the spot! The drink came out pretty fast after I ordered.The food also smelled great, but I was in a rush, so I only got the drink. I'll have to try the food next time!
