Boiling Pot And Boba Street

Omg ok ok soooo, my first time here last week and did not know what to expect but the parking was easy access. Then friendly staff… I remember there was a super cuttie asian waitress that came to my table and asked if everything was okay. Then the milk tea 🧋 BOBA WAS AMAZING.

Now the (BEEF FRED FLINSTONES) all you can eat was absolutely amazing!!!!! Check out my video on here that I made it was worth every dollar.
I am coming back again to eat here definitely and this time I hope that cute server would be my waitress this time… hehe

The food used to be good when it was branded as hot pot. We used to go when it was $18. Now they’re an all you can eat shabu-shabu for $23. They need to rebrand. Their previous loyal customers are all shocked to see the change. We will not be coming back.

So this was my 1st time coming, and the last. When the wife and I went to go gather our vegetables from the fridge, and made it back to the table, we found little green bugs in our vegetables as well as a worm in our broccoli. Thankfully we didnt eat any of the vegetables before noticing.

We let the one of the waiters know and he took away the broth and vegetables and then ended up giving us a new broth. We just ate the meat which was Angus beef and Lamb, which was really good, but finding those bugs ruined our appetite.

When I went to go pay, and I spoke to who I believe was the manager, and let them know of what happened, and provided me a discount. When I let him kmow as to why I asked for a discount, he stated that nobody informed him about our situation.

Maybe once they fix that issue, we shall return to this establishment.

But overall, the meat, broth, and the service wete great!

Ps. We didnt notice if they ended up changing thr vegetables after we said something.

The long wait was not worth the price & quality of food. Prefer to cook your own dish. You cook the various raw food in a hot burning pot under a ceramic cooking urn- quite dangerous esp for children & seniors. Poor disclosure of rules as to charging you with leftover of 7% but you can’t take home the leftover you can not eat but was billed! What a SCAM & a big WASTE of food If you did not like your dish you have no recourse to change ! Dining out there is a gamble as to get burned w/ boiling broth or the hot urn as the table space is small. We were a group of seven & most of us were very disappointed & concern for our safety. Two of us were burned with hot broth spilling over our arm & lap from a tiny bowl to eat your soup.

Love this place! It's hot pot with a variety of options for protein and broth flavor. The soups come packed with standard toppings and you can add more if you wish. There is a free sauce bar with several different options to enhance the flavor of your broth. You can also side dishes like fries, chicken, etc., and there is a menu for milk tea and other boba drinks. Absolutely love coming here and the servers are always very pleasant.

Had a great first-time experience at this restaurant with my mom, and she absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was inviting, the staff were excellent, and parking was easy. The portions are generous—one hot pot easily serves two people. The popcorn chicken was especially flavorful. Definitely worth a visit!

Robot almost fell and spilled the hot soup on us.
Short staff
Server delivered the wrong order and the people that had that order, got up and mad dogged us, for taking their order( order was not touched and returned to the kitchen)
2nd order was also deliver to us by mistake from the same people that mad dogged us. Told the server it wasnt our order amd took it to them
Lady server was keeping her cool under all the pressure. Lady server asked for help from her co workers, but didnt want to help her.

And long waiting periods, due to the setup.

If the place was 2- 3 times bigger, and more staff, this place would be fantastic.

Good pricing per serving.
Food was above average.
Robot was more of a liability, rather than an asset.
