Great food and service! Not a bargain, but worth the price.

A great deli. I recommend the Ruben. It's noisy like a deli.

Let’s talk pastrami! I’m a huge fan of pastrami sandwiches, so it’s kinda surprising it took me this long to go to Brent’s. They are renowned for good pastrami. That renown is not misplaced. This was, perhaps, the best pastrami sandwich I have ever had, and let me tell you, that’s a pretty high bar. With the generous sides, I was only able to eat half the sandwich, even though my taste buds were crying out for more. It made for a great next-day lunch.

We went mid afternoon on a Saturday, which may have been near peak time. Even so, the wait was only 10-15 minutes. As soon as we were seated we were presented with a plate of dill pickles - garlic dills and fresh-pack dills. Both were excellent, and this was the give-away appetizer! The servers were friendly and efficient and the food came in a timely manner.

In addition to the restaurant, Brent’s has a full service deli counter with a fine selection.

I’ll definitely be back!

Brent's is a valley staple that has been around for decades. They have one of the best pastrami sandwiches in LA. The rye bread it's served on is spectacular and the pickles they serve when you are seated are a great accompaniment. That said, they could add some condiments to the sandwich directly to truly perfect it and give 5 stars. That said it has a great old school deli vibe and the prices are still reasonable... worth a visit if you are a fan of pastrami

Terrible sandwich--I ordered a hot corned beef to-go for 21 dollars. What I got was quite literally two slices of mediocre bread with a stack of corned beef in the middle, nothing else. No mayo, no mustard, no other elements of a sandwich. Pathetic, overpriced, and overcrowded. Do not let its reputation fool you-- you can get better sandwiches at Ralph's (or the canyon country store).

This place is a MUST and definitely not just a 'Deli'...
Was driving through the area and was in need of some lunch... The food did not disappoint!.
I'm not a huge pastrami fan but with such good reviews I caved and got 'The 555'
|Grilled pastrami | Coleslaw | Melted Swiss | Thousand Island & Mustard on an Onion Roll, yum yum yum!!
Also had to try the 'Stuffed Cabbage' being a cabbage fan & their house made sweet and sour sauce complimented the beef and cabbage so well.
The only thing that could have been better was if our server didn't leave for the day and had someone else cover our table...
Keep it up Brent's! I'll definitely be back!

I'm going to take the highroad since the management of this establishment did not. They responded to my post in an unapologetic way and actually reminded me that Latinos work at restaurants and that my post was hurting these very Latinos.

Customer service is terrible and wait times loosely vary.

Food is great and the staff inside cooking and serving are great too.

Will not return.
