I am literally the only patron in the restaurant, placed a pick up order that took over half an hour even though it was just 1 sandwich. The person who was managing the to go orders couldn’t bother to check their tablet until I asked about my order and they only then sent over the order to the kitchen. Absolutely terrible service.

Came on a crazy busy night, NBA playoffs, hockey game & dodger game and the first week of the AYCE deal. I did not envy the workers, but my god did they do an incredible job. Our server, Andrew, was cool, calm, and collected, giving impeccable service in such a tough environment. I would leave 100 stars if I could.

Worst experience ever. Never go to this location. After wait almost one hour to be seated, you need to wait more 45 minutes to have the food. I used to go to the Sherman Oaks location and it’s a total different experience. As I mentioned never go to this location. Very bad management.

Unacceptable. Listen to the other reviews y’all! Wings and fries were nowhere near fresh - look old and like they were sitting out for some time. Whoever owns this establishment should know you are going to lose a lot of money if this is the level of service customers receive on a consistent basis. I won’t be returning to this location.

The service went okay until I went to the restroom. As soon as I got back to my table, my food and beer was gone. I was confused about what had happened. I was displeased and disappointed. I almost felt as if I was being rushed and they wanted me gone.

Wing stop taste way better than buffalo wild wings. I'm completely discouraged and done with wings. I'll be making wings at home for the rest of my life. F buffalo wild wings with feathers. Unforgiveable.

The wings were terrible I've eaten at 3 other buffalos but none of there wings were stale or hard but this one was bad it was burnt taste was the same but there was barely any meat on them plus hard to chew but the fries tasted alot better here and they actually included celery and carrots which none other have done so props to that
