This was the worst experience here ever!! First of all it was a 45-60 wait just to be seated when it wasn’t really busy then it took forever to take our order. The appetizers did come right away but our wings and burger took about a hour to arrive and then they came cold and dry ( we asked for lemon pepper wet sauce ) and the boneless wings were so small and hard. I’m never one to complain about food but this was too much. I asked for a manager and yes she did replace everything to our liking but never again will I come to this location. Lately it’s been lacking but tonight put it over the top.

This is one of my favorite locations, located in the Northrige Fashion Center. Adjacent to a closed AMC Theater ... Covid took it's toll on them.
They have an amazing $14 luch with 10 Traditional or Boneless Wings, Fries and a Beverage which is an amazing bargain. Paired with a $5 Tall Bud Lite Draft, it was just the lunch for a hot day.
My lunch partner ordered the wings extra crispy - too dry for me, I ask them to be a little more well done or crispy. They were very good traditional wings. Service was a bit slow at first but picked up at the end. Now, normally I am just about finished with my first drink by the time the wings arrive... here it arrived just before. Bartender was behind the bar, too, so no excuse!
Atmosphere ... well, it's a sports bar, so you get what you get . . Just the music was a tad too loud for the docile crowd without any games people were cheering. Not offensive; but not 5 stars.
Parking: Lots of parking, with many businesses so first come gets the closest.

Of all the Buffalo's I have been to, this has been the worst, first we ask for a table and they tell us that it will take about 1 hour and a half, as soon as we enter the mall and they send us a message that the table is ready, in which we arrive not even 3 minutes and The girl at the entrance is already scolding us that she had already given us the table because she spoke to us and we were not there, she reluctantly gave us another table, we did not have a waiter, so we could with the QR code on the table they brought us the food and my Husband ordered a beer, because the waitress started talking to some people at another table, she sat at that table, until she wanted, she brought the beer and left it on the other side where my husband was, the truth is, terrible service, I NEVER RETURNED TO THIS PLACE.
