This location is disgusting, not only did they serve me cold food but made me feel so unwelcome. They were not busy so no excuse for the food to be cold! Second the girl in the front that assisted me when I ordered take out didn’t even greet me once I walked in I asked her if she was the one that was going to assist me because I said hello when I walked in and looked straight in her eyes and she ignored me. Never will I come here again and I’ll ensure I put a review everywhere so no one else wastes their money at this establishment. They truly do not care about their customers.

Our server was amazing, but as we got our drinks we noticed an eye contact In one of our waters couldn’t take a better clear picture because the server took it immediately, the manger came apologizing and offered a discount on our me which was only $15 but the disgust of sipping in the water with someone’s contact lenses was disgusting.

This is the Best place to watch the Kings game or any other sporting events! Fun Atmosphere! The manager, Raymond takes very good care of all customers and makes sure that the food is just right! I highly recommend Buffalo Wild Wings Northridge!

This place is a hot mess. Stopped in yesterday at 8 pm. Ordered wings fries and coleslaw. To start off, they were out of blue cheese. How? Anyway, I got my beer, and it was ice cold, just like my food. We sat at the bar, and when the server asked how everything was. I said cold, she offered to have new food made but we already waited long enough so we decided to eat the cold food. To get a second beer was almost impossible, and with our bill, we had to flag down another server. Now, this isn't the experience I was hoping for, and I've had worse until I used the restroom. What in the world is going on in this place. I hope this isn't a new trend in the chain. There's lots of other options close by like Yard house, so next time, I'll go there. There is no excuse for what the bathroom looked like. Do not eat here.

I called in. Nobody picked up. I walked in and asked for a table. They said there was nothing available when the lobby was empty, they claim to not take reservations, and nobody was waiting. The staff was just piling old plates onto every table. I counted 8 dirty tables with multiple dishes on them. And the staff kept putting more. The person at the front was beyond rude. I’ve never been to a worse BWW.

Wait time was not as long as expected for a Saturday evening. Our server was attentive and the food came at a decent time as well.The only thing we didn't like was how close together tables were and how close people walked around you to get to the bathroom.

I may have yelped them before but I had to come back. My co-workers wanted to stop by. But we have a limit when our companies pay for it. So as soon as we went online we confirmed that two things for certain but one thing for sure. This place is about to close. Why because the prices are insulting, ignorant and unsustainable. The service does not match the price nor the food. $40 bucks for 20 wings and no drinks, no fries???? for 4 people we'd have to spend $120 bucks, for lunch??? So half of us went to Wingstop and the other half went to Epic Wings, since they have a bar with huge flat screens all over the place. But Epic has already closed down. (hint hint) so, we all got our food and spent less than $85 combined at wingstop. $16 bucks each for 10 pc combo with drink and better fries. We forgot all about BWW, but I had to share this story.I know BWW is about to close because I saw them on the list of restaurant's to close 2024. They are obviously trying to cash out for 2024. They price their food like we cannot just go someplace else. Their food is quite mid at these prices and the service is the worst in the industry; because despite charging car repair prices, they don't pay the employees enough to want to even keep their jobs and that's why the service is the industries worst. Burgers at $25-$30 what!!!. They have about 1278 stores nationwide and been in business since 1982. The stock is stuck at $157 per share while chipotle stock is a whopping $2,232 per share. Wingstop stock price is $254 per share. BWW's Sally Smith, CEO is not really thinking this one through and it shows. The doors will close soon. and they did it to themselves.

This review is for the bar service particularly Pacey, only go to Pacey or order from her. Always gets our order right, unfortunately we've had multiple experiences where our order was wrong. Flats with sauce on the side, shouldn't be hard but you'd be surprised. Drinks are good and are a great value on happy hour or regular price. Great to watch a game or multiple games since they usually have multiple TVs and games playing at once.
