I placed a mobile order on September 30 in the morning and I had a terrible actitude from both managers working there, amalia & Alex I think those are their names. Not only I had to wait 20 min for them to find my order, I had to wait 10 additional minutes to get my order ready and I was late to work. Terrible costumer service from these managers.

Got suckered by the delicious looking bbq brisket Whopper from a TV commercial. I should've known better. The actual bbq brisket Whopper I received was nowhere near what the burger looked like in the TV ad. There was hardly any brisket at all. Oh well.
