One of the worst trained fast food spots. They dont understand english and their self order kiosk is a joke. Half of the time it bugs out. Also all employees to not understand English and talk shit to you in Spanish. They thought i didnt understand because i was asian but they pretty much were saying how asains are so picky and make so many substitutions when i just asked for no tomatoes. Food was ok but everything else was just terrible

This location is my favorite to order some burger king. I usually order an ice cream cone and the service is extremely fast. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet which is fine with me. The cleanliness was fairly good and was up to my standards.

The food can't be beat. The flame broied burgers far out do the rivals. The onion rings are great as well. Try the big fish, not only is it really big so is the flavor. Fast service and a really caring and helpful staff make this #1.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy w/c parking and entrance. They have also set up the ordering and pickup areas to be very accessible.

Food was nice and fresh, employees were prompt and kind.
I will say they looked a little understaffed. The employees were moving as fast as they could, but there is only so much that can be done without enough people on the clock.

I wish I could write a more positive review because the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the service and atmosphere left much to be desired. This was my second and final visit. Mario, who works the morning shifts, consistently displays a negative and entitled attitude. His role is to create a welcoming environment for customers, yet he often comes across as unhappy and unapproachable. But this second time he has crossed too many boundaries. It's especially disheartening when service affects a child's feelings. During our visit, my son, who is on the spectrum, felt unwelcome due to Mario's rude behavior. All he wanted was a simple refill, but when the ice dispenser dropped ice, Mario yelled at him. The machine is designed for that purpose, and there’s even a tray for spills. It was upsetting to see my son so affected. I'll attach an image from the internet for reference, what area of the soda machine truly angered Mr. Mario. Can’t believe people like him work in an environment that’s meant to be happy for families.

Manager, Zoila, should be FIRED!! She watched me get ketchup all over myself from the ketchup dispenser, turned her back on me, then told me to hold on when I asked for assistance. She has zero customer service skills. Manager Celida, needs to be given a position that better suits her amazing ability to resolve issues fairly, quickly, and effectively. We spent about an hour and a half in the store and Celida made sure we were comfortable and happy, all while cleaning the entire dining room by herself!!! In between, I saw her get behind the counter and ring up a few customers. Thank you Celida for making our experience worth the money spent at this store.
