UPDATE:I finally received a response and I am grateful that I was fully refunded and also received a coupon for a future purchase. Will consider trying them again and hoping the products will arrive in one piece. Thank you.First time placing an order. All the flowers arrived damaged except for one. So 11 of the 12 flowers were broken and the pieces are so tiny that it would take forever to repair. I reached out the same day I received them but I have not received a response email yet and its been 2 weeks already. I'm very disappointed because I've heard good things about this company but my experience has been terrible.

I ordered several items from this company as a first timer a gumpaste flower cake topper, individual non edible small flower cake accessories/topper, graduation cupcake picks, lollipop sticks & a bench scrapper & was definitely NOT disappointed! The packaging was wonderful, (very important part for me) prices very reasonable & I even purchased items from the clearance section online & they definitely look high end
