I Think that in my opinion, this is the best fast food restaurant in LA, quality is good, people are nice and prices are fair!

My friends and I went here yesterday. Our experience was delightful because of the great customer service from the staff. Sergio took my order, and he was really nice and approachable when answering any questions I had related to my order.
Also, I would shout out to Sofia specifically. She was attentive and asked us if we had a good time so far. Sofia even asked if we needed to refill our drinks and quickly served us what we wanted :D We felt taken care of and enjoyed our food deliciously.

Chicken got ridiculously small. Used to be the best location in the valley, and their portion was generous but not anymore unfortunately. We are going to boycott them from now on.
The drive-thru is usually packed, but we don't mind. My daughters decided to go inside and order.

I want to start by saying that I’ve never experienced Chick-fil-A the way I did at this particular location and unfortunately, it wasn’t a positive one. My order was incorrect, and I had to return after getting home to have it corrected. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, the issue wasn’t the error… it was how it was handled.
When I came back to explain what was wrong, the store manager I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. No one offered an apology until the very end of the interaction. My elderly grandmother, who was visibly tired and thirsty after being out late, kindly asked for a drink while we waited. The manager responded with, “Uhh, I can give you some water,” in a tone that lacked any courtesy or care.
I asked for the contact information for the store operator or owner so I could share my experience, but no one initially provided it. When the corrected food was finally brought out, I had to ask again. A team member returned only to tell me to “they said you can just Google it,” which was both unprofessional and dismissive.
This is the first time I’ve encountered such a lack of customer service and basic respect at a Chick-fil-A. I have no complaints beyond this experience, but it left a lasting impression. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location. I no longer feel confident in the service or the staff’s integrity.

I unfortunately had came in at 30 after opening and to my surprise I’m the only person standing in line in which the cashier decides to look left and right asking 4 different employees to ring up my order. When I then ask about adding additional toppings I was told we don’t do that before I could finish my sentence. I’ve been to chick fil a in several states and always enjoyed that people liked working there. It’s clear the employees here are embracing the suck (like everyone else in the world )! While ruining the name. What a shame
Awesome and friendly staff. Kevin provided an excellent customer service. Crew are really nice. Food was great and family friendly atmosphere. The pineapple lemonade dragonfruit is so refreshing. Kudos to Luis and Celeste. Your leadership is reflected in your Awesome crew. 😍😋

I never thought I would have to write a review about Chick-fil-A but on April 15 at 9:45 PM I came and ordered some food. I was missing my sauce had hair in my mac & cheese and was missing my entire entrée when I came back they were closed they wouldn’t open the door for me Never using drive-through again
