Awesome and friendly staff. Kevin provided an excellent customer service. Crew are really nice. Food was great and family friendly atmosphere. The pineapple lemonade dragonfruit is so refreshing. Kudos to Luis and Celeste. Your leadership is reflected in your Awesome crew. 😍😋

I was missing my sauce had hair in my mac & cheese and was missing my entire entrĂ©e when I came back they were closed they wouldn’t open the door for me Never using drive-through again

All employees are like robots no smiles, no interaction with anyone or their own staff , not friendly at all. My first time there and I was not happy at all will not be returning....

Always a problem with this particular location. I rather drive the extra mile. My order is always incorrect. The staff is super rude. The food is always overcooked fries are always salty. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location.

Drive Thru guy gave my order to his girlfriend behind me in line. When I got to the window he told the lady he mixed up the orders and gave his girlfriend my order. I had to pull forward an wait. Not good customer service.

Always a fan of places like chic filet that deliver consistent hot food to order. I have to say although it tasted good, the patty itself was thin and hence a little dry. For $$8.30, for a spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce and pickles, I’m expecting a bit more. Is it me or has the size of the sandwich gotten smaller? I’ll try again in a couple weeks and repost later

Reminds me of how good In-N-Out was years ago

The food here was good when they first came to the neighborhood, but now it’s just a shell of what it used to be. The nuggets were overcooked, dry, and gave me heartburn with every bite. Even my toddler wouldn’t eat them, and he usually judges food based on how it looks, not how it tastes.

The nuggets used to be cooked to perfection, with a flaky crust that practically fell off the meat. Now, they’re so overcooked that the breading and the chicken feel like one dense, inseparable entity. The only good items here are the grilled chicken options, waffle fries, milkshakes, and lemonades. Anything fried just doesn’t cut it anymore—it’s definitely not a vibe.

On the bright side, they have plenty of parking for customers and a two-lane drive-through that merges into one, allowing them to take more orders efficiently. The staff are always super nice and finish their sentences with “my pleasure.” The building, both inside and out, is immaculate and clean.

I guess it’s just the fried chicken items I have beef with. See what I did there?

Terribly run location, to-go orders are a nightmare!
