We went with our severely disabled daughter yesterday. They seated us straight away even though it was quite busy. Also in an area with space for her wheelchair. Our server was helpful and caring with our unique situation. Really happy with our rare night out.

The wait staff need a attitude adjustment all look like they are bothered and don't want to be there, the food was good but the waitress had a very bad attitude and not welcoming the food was practically thrown on the table from other servers I would think twice before coming here.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever gotten at a Chili's. Literally everything was incorrect. Chips and salsa came out after the steaks. Drinks didn't come until well after the Salsa. Guacamole never came out (waiter offered to bring it as we were paying for the meal so we cancelled it). The steaks were very tasty, but the side of asparagus was incredibly spicy for some reason even though we specifically made mention that one of our people could not have any level of spiciness to their food due to a medical condition. Absolutely never going back even though I live down the street.

We waited for them text us taht food is ready. Disnt get any text. We waited 15 minutes. No text. We came in to chexk and the food was ready and sitting on the shelves. Amd $7 for house salad... for a handful of lettuce?

Honestly, I haven't been here for years. Met a friend for happy hour. They do not offer any features specifically for that time. Meaning, no happy hour. Food was just average at best. Had a sampler appetizer, and everything was fried too long. Hard and crunchy with not much taste. Flavor came from hot sauce and ranch dressing. Quesadillas were acceptable. Chips and salsa. Plentiful chips and salsa seemed generic. No chunks of vegetables or anything, just sauce. Service was sloppy, but the attitude there seemed very casual anyway. There is no need to tip generously. Servers are definitely leaving extra money in the pockets of their customers. We were thinking of coming on Mondays for football, but now we'll look for other options.
Came here on a date with my bf! We got the famous tripple dipper and it did not disappoint. such a yummy place to go to!

My son and I went to Chili’s after his appointment like we do every week. I rarely see the same staff working There at this time so we are very patient with new staff. When we arrived, I saw a young lady with black roots and blonde hair, taking an order of a family next to us. I admit we Wait quite a while for our drinks. It was water and iced tea. We ordered, and I noticed the family next to us still had not received drinks. We received our food order and I still noticed they had not received. their drinks or their food. It was very uncomfortable to see them waiting and waiting. When we’re almost finished eating two staff members brought out the dinners for the five of them. My question is this there’s a new staff know to check on the customers for any drinks while they wait, or reinsurance their food is coming. I never saw one waitress go up to them to talk to them. I did take pictures so you don’t think I’m making this up. Please train your staff and waitresses accordingly. If one is slacking off they should have another one help out. Maybe they were overwhelmed with five members in a group. Sincerely Rita Sanchez.
