I've been going to this one for almost 15 years and I've never had any issues, the servers have changed but the service hasn't. The two managers I've seen there run this place pretty well.

The servers and our waiter were both professional and personable. My friend who took me and another person there split the bill 3 ways. I have heard this is a pain. Our waiter didn't even flinch, and he was patient and walked her through using 3 coupons that were 1 per table. Good customer service.

I'm super disappointed in my last two visits. We frequently order to go, and the last time we ordered, they forgot several items. I called, and they issued me a partial refund for the missing items. This time. I ordered two macaroni and cheese kids' meals. And they literally packaged the macaroni in the plastic bag they cooked in. I included pictures.
