One of the worst chipotles in the valley. Never have any actual protein ready to order. Chicken and steak are always out and the employee just seem to shrug their shoulders and not care. Had to wait 45 minutes to actual get a bowl. Won't ever be coming back.

From 6 years ago:
Friendly staff and fast service.

Update 9/9/2025:

I went to visit Chipotle 9/9/2025 at Northridge, CA (19332 Nordhoff St). I just wanted to commend Katie. She was working the line by herself, then also ringing up the customers. After the line has finally gone down, she then went to spraying and wiping down all the tables. Even though there were multiple people working, it looked as if she was running the store and was doing a great job. I am amazed at her work ethics and believe that others should follow in her direction. She needed no directions in what to do and was always working hard while it looked as though others were just kind of hanging around or in the back leaving her to fend for herself.

When there was a line of customers again that came in she stopped wiping down the tables, went back to being the one working the line and ringing people up (of course after washing her hands). I hope she moves up into management position very soon so she can train others to be just like her and lead by example given the opportunity.

I ordered mine from UberEats. This Chipotle forgot to add an item (steak) and I paid too much for it. Unacceptable, irresponsible, and lazy. Never coming and ordering here again.

Small portions and high prices! Why are you raising prices if the portion size is going down? Poor service and would not recommend this location. Very disappointed in the quality of food at this location.

4:45 pm and they were out of the chipotle honey chicken , workers walking around just milking it so they get pay for doing nothing . This old bitter woman was so cocky to me when I asked her for the chicken she said “we don’t have it”. I asked you ran out are you making more. She kept saying don’t have it. This place is going under again anytime soon.

Haven’t had chipotle in years, but had been craving it for a while and finally caved.

This location is the epitome of what’s wrong with Chipotle: small portions, high prices, dirty, and poor quality food.

Spent $32 on two bowls and a large bag of chips. Most of the chips were burnt and the bag was only 1/4 way full.

The barbacoa in my bowl was half fat - so most of it was inedible. The other bowl had funky pieces of chicken.

Train your employees better on what's included in the menu items. I walked in and ordered kids quesadilla and employees kept saying guacamole is extra money. I walked away without purchasing. Attaching a screenshot showing guacamole is included in kids quesadilla. Infact they were saying even the meat is extra which is included online. You lost a loyal customer for showing fake confidence without knowing your menu. It's not like you have 200 items to learn. You barely have 15 menu items.

Today I had the worse experience at this location in Northridge they forgot the beans on a bowl and chips for a kids meal. When I went to the counter the cashier wanted to charge me for the chips and for red sauce that I asked for I told her that i didn’t get the chips she could check the back she told me no it’s extra that I had the chips . To go back forward with a customer when they go out to eat and they pay for their food is completely unacceptable .Just want what I payed for

They had ran out of items by the night and ended up triple charging me for my order! I went earlier in the day and got my typical order and was really happy. Decided to come back at the night with my brother and tell me why the EXACT same thing I ordered from the daytime rang my total up to almost $40???? The two guys in the front were definitely scamming me and I was too embarrassed to start an argument since the line was quite literally out the door as well!!! How annoying is it to wait in line almost 20 minutes to start ordering while the two slowest guys work the register and ON TOP OF THAT PAY ALMOST $40 FOR TWO MEALS. This is outrageous.

It’s pretty damn pathetic when you gotta wait 25 minutes for them to make another batch of the honey chipotle chicken. You would think one would make it before they would run out of it. Horrible logic and kitchen management. Absolutely disgraceful

My server was amazing and made the best chipotle order of my life. Great food, amazing people. 11/10 stars.

Be prepared to get finessed with the portions. False advertising, the bowls have WAAAAY more meat than what they serve.

I was genuinely shocked when I saw this scene. Am I really seeing this correctly? Is this the burrito I ordered?!!! Did I somehow make a mistake and order a 6-inch burrito?!!! Wait, no, there isn’t even a 6-inch burrito option in the app. So yes, this must be exactly what I ordered 😞.

But that’s not the whole story… My burrito was mostly filled with rice, with just four or five small pieces of grilled meat inside. At first, I thought maybe I accidentally ordered a rice burrito, but once again, there’s no such option in the app 😞.

I truly regret spending $12 on what turned out to be a small, 6-inch rice burrito. It didn’t feel like it was worth the price at all, and it certainly wasn’t the quality or quantity I expected from Chipotle.

I hope this experience was just an unusual mistake, but it really left me disappointed.
