They had ran out of items by the night and ended up triple charging me for my order! I went earlier in the day and got my typical order and was really happy. Decided to come back at the night with my brother and tell me why the EXACT same thing I ordered from the daytime rang my total up to almost $40???? The two guys in the front were definitely scamming me and I was too embarrassed to start an argument since the line was quite literally out the door as well!!! How annoying is it to wait in line almost 20 minutes to start ordering while the two slowest guys work the register and ON TOP OF THAT PAY ALMOST $40 FOR TWO MEALS. This is outrageous.
It’s pretty damn pathetic when you gotta wait 25 minutes for them to make another batch of the honey chipotle chicken. You would think one would make it before they would run out of it. Horrible logic and kitchen management. Absolutely disgraceful
Katie , Marilyn,Deja were all increíble to work with they took customer Service to the next level from the moment I walked in I was welcomed then they tended to my every need. I can’t recommend this chipotle enough definitely stop by.
Some times food is salty and the meat portions are never the same.
My server was amazing and made the best chipotle order of my life. Great food, amazing people. 11/10 stars.
Be prepared to get finessed with the portions. False advertising, the bowls have WAAAAY more meat than what they serve.

I was genuinely shocked when I saw this scene. Am I really seeing this correctly? Is this the burrito I ordered?!!! Did I somehow make a mistake and order a 6-inch burrito?!!! Wait, no, there isn’t even a 6-inch burrito option in the app. So yes, this must be exactly what I ordered 😞.
But that’s not the whole story… My burrito was mostly filled with rice, with just four or five small pieces of grilled meat inside. At first, I thought maybe I accidentally ordered a rice burrito, but once again, there’s no such option in the app 😞.
I truly regret spending $12 on what turned out to be a small, 6-inch rice burrito. It didn’t feel like it was worth the price at all, and it certainly wasn’t the quality or quantity I expected from Chipotle.
I hope this experience was just an unusual mistake, but it really left me disappointed.

They usually give larger sized portion of the chicken but act stingy with everything else. Now they're stingy with everything and have the audacity to keep a tip cup near the register. I can only imagine how they do in tips. These people that work here need to show some love with those protein portions. It's funny because they have a large spoon to measure your single portion but don't cover the whole spoon. Meaning an actual spoonful is double meat. They basically just eyeball what you deserve and god forbid i get someone with glasses. Chipotle needs fair measuring utensils.

Terrible portions. I paid double chicken in this burrito and it's filled with rice. I've been eating at Chipotle for years but now it seems they're not changing back. This is bad.

Terrible place. One person works at rash hour. Even in the evening you even have to wait about 20 minutes in a short line

Unprofessional and Rude General Manager - Brandon Lopez!
I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for 7 years, and my employees and I have always loved it—until now. During my recent visit, I politely asked for a little more chicken in one of my tacos, as it barely had anything. The employee rudely replied, “4-ounce pour, cuz.” Shocked, I let it go, but then he sarcastically said, “You don’t have $4.90 to get more chicken?” in front of my employees.
To my disbelief, I found out he was the General Manager, Brandon Lopez. When I questioned his behavior, his response was, “If you don’t want the food, you can leave.” His attitude was completely unprofessional and aggressive.
I’ve never experienced anything like this at a restaurant, and I’ll never return. It’s sad to see such poor representation of the Chipotle brand.

the past two times in a row that I have placed an online order, I have received little to no chicken in my bowl. I have reached out for help and no one does anything. Avoid this Chipotle!! You'll be paying for meat, but getting absolutely nothing. Not to mention the fact, that the order was 15 minutes late for pickup when it wasn't even busy. This location has gone way downhill

The 2 people working the front line around 7:45pm tonight were very kind and fast food was good! This is easily my new fav location when I’m carving chipotle:) Definitely worth the extra drive. Keep up the great work :)

I have been going to this location for a while and it used to better. This time cheap with the portions, hardly any rice. The chicken a bit under cooked and chewy. Please cut into smaller pieces. The guacamole was terrible!!!! I kept finding wilted lettuce and many pieces of avocado skin in it? Someone needs better training in food prep and keeping the place clean. And for the second time I wanted sprite and NO syrup mix again. Tasted like water. No ice. What is going on with this location?
