I've been eating Chipotle since 2008. This location used to be a Carl's Jr. location and I used to go to the one in Ventura and Topanga. Their meats are not as good as when they barely started business but I like it still.
I usually get the burrito mixed with steak and chicken with corn, guacamole, beans, cheese, and tomatoes. One of tge healtgier choice you can find the market.

Comically small portions of protien not even a child would be full after eating this i came after the gym and was severely disapointed i will never come back to chipotle again after todays experience i told the worker that the ammout was tiny she could have added extra to make it right but she instead showed me a small cup and said its this much . It was no where close to that much before they lost a family of customers today. Ill be going to the subway across thr street

If it’s the old lady in front go to a different chipotle. I was trying to be nice but it seems like she is mad she has to work at night. I’m sorry for your circumstances but you don’t need to take it out on the customers Seesh. Hopefully she gets what she wants bc it’s not a job at chipotle

About food. Chicken was totally over salty.
Guacamole was not fresh how you guys promised in your adv.

We came before store was open.
We were first customers. Employee who start served us didn’t greeting at all. She was washing hands and speaking same time , after that I ask why all top lead glasses are dirty from inside , she look on me with attitude and put her eyes up , like it looks I bother her. After I ask to serve me somebody else. She left me with anger.

So dear management. I don’t think so this is Chipotle’s standard of customer service.
At least I believe your employee , unfortunately she don’t tell me her name , you can check cameras I was first customer, can say hi or good morning.

And please clean the top glasses. It looks very dirty.

Parking: This is big plaza , it’s a lot of parking space.

We wait on the front door to open a 1030 employee open, didn't greet the customers we went inside. No greeting for the customer. We saw that glass on top of the food very dirty. We make a comment employee. Don't make any comments. we call the manager, she show up make faces and didn't ask , I show her how durty all the glasses bitrina on top the food look very durty , she only say "okay" mad face ....

This location is kinda stingy with the ingredients, particularly the meat. I find it ridiculous that 2 tacos with not even a spoonfull of meat came out to $17 and some change. I walked right out. Soon after that found a treasure trove of other bad reviews. They need a better system on how to portion serving sizes. Training someone to give the paying customer as little as possible is bad for business.

This was my first time, stopping by and trying out this location and one word, describes my experience, tragic, tragic, tragic is the only thing that I can think of I walked in, and there was about seven people in line only one person behind the counter, helping customers it was a young lady of Indian heritage There was a shift lead Asian man doing temperatures and checking charts and a Caucasian tall nappy looking gentleman cleaning out dishes. This poor young lady was running back-and-forth helping everyone from mobile orders to walkins to anything in between her coworkers completely ignored all customers in line until this large size Caucasian woman came from the back wearing olive green pajama bottoms and began helping along with the male shift lead at this point there must’ve been 15 people in line chipotle do better

Do NOT come here, SMALL proportions, everything is EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA, the sauce the lady never told me was REALLY hot, I’m still recovering 😃. Service and food was outrageous. Spent $90 for not even a full scoop of rice
