Chipotle needs to figure out portions. I asked to keep the ingredients to a minimum so they could wrap my burrito without it exploding when i try to eat it. Well they loaded up everything and the guy couldn’t even wrap it. My food started spilling on the counter and another worker said “quit making a mess”. Sat down to eat and my burrito fell apart and had to eat it with a fork. Please just make me a burrito that doesn’t fall apart. Won’t be returning to chipotle unless for the tacos.

I have frequented this Chipotle location multiple times due to its proximity to my residence. Unfortunately, I have consistently encountered rude and unhappy employees during each visit. While I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, understanding that everyone has bad days, it has become apparent that this is a recurring issue. The employees are consistently rude and appear unhappy, which negatively impacts my experience as a customer. Additionally, they frequently run out of items and display aggression when asked for extras, despite my willingness to pay for them.It is imperative that management intervenes to address these issues promptly. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and the behavior of the employees at this location is unacceptable. I urge management to take action in order to improve the overall experience for customers and uphold the reputation of the establishment.

The workers didn't smile or sound friendly, I'll chalk it up to being tired, it was late evening. They also didn't give us as much food as the one closer to me on Burbank & Van Nuys Blvd. It feels worth the money. Worst of all, they had no fajita veggies! My favorite addition to the steak bowl, it just wasn't the same, even if I'm in that area, I won't go back.

By far the best chipotle location I have been to in the Valley. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. They take their time preparing the meal just the way you want it and always try to accommodate you. Always clean and they are ready to serve their clients. Def recommend

The lettuce did not look fresh, looked old and rotten. This lettuce was definitely going bad and not sure how they are serving it to people. Asked for a new batch. Was met with attitude and irritation and told this could not be done because opening a new batch would take an hour.
Seriously every time I've gone to this chipotle they've been either super rude, or seem to have a problem taking my requests for the food to be made vegan. Cross contamination is a big problem for someone who hasn't had any animal products in over 15 years, it can make me extremely sick. Never going to this place again. Way too expensive when their service is horrid.

This chipotle is the worst. Go find another one. When I went in today, the guy behind the counterr seemed so annoyed that I ordered food from him. And then when I asked for veggies and he said we don't have any, he just looked at me stone face and said "no sorry". I go to chipotle because I can get a low-carb option which mainly includes veggies and protein. How do you run out of veggies? You are chipotle. There is a grocery store down the street. I have gone to a lot of other chipotles where this would never be an issue. I feel like this must be a really poorly run store.
