this reviews is almost 2 weeks late but I remembered because it was too good! The dim sum was great and my favorite was the walnut shrimp. It was crispy and flavorful. The wait staff is very helpful and was always present to refill drinks and ask if we had other requests. The atmosphere on a weekday around 7-8pm was chill and relaxed, not too crowded. I will definitely order again.

I've only ordered take out from here, but every time I do, it's delicious! Not the best I've had, but you'll leave satisfied. Online ordering is great and food will be ready by the time you request pickup, if not even earlier. Parking is usually packed, so try not to go when you're hangry. Would definitely recommend.

The best Chinese food in the valley hands down. Everything and I mean everything we have there is off the charts exceptional. Great service, great prices, great food, it's a winning trifecta! The decor is also very upscale and the kids love hanging out at the aquarium. I think we'll go again soon!

There's a parking lot! The wait on a Sunday afternoon was about 5 min. They're kid friendly, they give you colors and a little picture to color in. They also have booster chairs. The service was good. The busboy was really attentive and fast and the waitress was nice. The food, all very good! We tried the Singapore curry noodles ( I don't like curry, traumatic childhood experience) they were not bad. the cream cheese wontons with the sweet and sour sour & mustard are always a hit. The Thai tea wasn't overly sweet which was good. Kung pao had a good little kick to it. We also got the walnut honey shrimp and those were great, a little crunchy. Overall it was very filling and we will return again if ever craving any of the above items.

In a city with thousands of Chinese restaurants- this is one of the top ten in Los Angeles. I drive 40 minutes to eat here - when there are a dozen that 5 minutes from me. It's not fancy inside - but no one cares - as the food and service are superb.

Always great food and service. I always stare at the lovely fish tank. Char Siu Bao is the steamed fluffy kind

Clean and friendly Chinese food spot with reserved parking for food pick-up. I specifically was craving dim sum and this place really delivered. As enthusiasts know, not all dim sum is created equal, and to find quality Shumai & Har gow in the Valley without going eastbound on the 60 or downtown to Chinatown is easier said than done. 5-Stars with regard to dim sum here if you're seeking to satisfy that particular craving.

There is no competition. This is the best Chinese sit down cuisine I have had in 20 years. And as a restaurant in general, it has an upscale vibe. The vaulted beautiful room even has acoustical paneling and diffusing installed, so that anywhere you sit, you can hear your own conversation. You don't know how great it is. Stop in for a dinner date! There might be a wait... call ahead!

Great food. I was ordering on Uber eats and due to the restaurant getting ready for dinner rush they had turned off the delivery service half way through me ordering my dinner. I called them and let them know and they turned there system on so that I can finish placing my order. That's great customer service. Thank you.

I've been eating here for years. It's always been a staple in our family when I was growing up, and tonight I ate here with my wife and she loves it too! Especially their Cantonese Pan-Fries Noodles! The soft, yet crunchy noodles were tasty and flavorful. Lots of veggies and water chestnuts to top it off! The walnut shrimp was good too and a perfect entree to pair with some rice and red chili sauce. I do want to want to give a special shoutout to our waitress, Jenny! She was super attentive the entire time. They were busy tonight for a Saturday, and she never forgot about us. She always checked in with us, giving suggestions for food choices, tea choices, and helping us put the leftover food in to-go boxes. Thank you for your positivity Jenny!

I have been going to Chi's for a few years now. Their Chinese food is amazing and they use super fresh ingredients. Some dishes aren't always consistent in regards to taste and seasoning. I love that they use a wait list system through Yelp. It makes it super easy to wait for a table. Parking is always a disaster in this busy shopping center. Their service is always great. Their waiters are very attentive and welcoming.
