Great experience! I went for a birthday party. Staff was great made the birthday boy feel special . They remodeled the birthday area from the last time I came in, total upgrade. Food was great, area was clean the only issue really was just that some of the machines were out of service other than that everything was great 👍🏻

I went to north ridge cec and it was the best cec I went unfortunately I didn’t ate pizza but I had dipped dots and playing arcade games speaking of arcade games they have a lot of good arcade games and the animatronics both of dem 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and also I want to go to da pineville one in nc🙂🙂😀

Food was mid. The electronic device they gave us wasn't working apparently, but we were unaware. So by the time we got our pizza it was cold. Most games did work. And the children had a great time, which was the most important point.

The place was amazing! They had tons of options and the minutes option is great for its price and if you have a little time, you can just get the minutes option and the points if you don’t want to be in a rush trying to not waste time. The pizza was cheesy but was small for a large. One thing i didnt like though was that i got around 3$ worth of stuff for 30$ but thats how business works. Overall i love this place and the subscription seems like a great deal if you go there a ton!

As a loyal customer and a pass member who visits weekly, I expect a positive experience when bringing my 3-year-old son to enjoy his time at Chuck E. Cheese. Since I wasn't feeling well that evening, my parents took him instead. My son absolutely loves coming here, and given that l am on a yearlong membership, I want to ensure that his visits are enjoyable. However, when he tried to redeem his tickets for a prize, he was denied the blue whistle he wanted, despite there being two full display cases of them. Instead, he was only offered a purple one. At just 3 years old, he is learning his colors, and blue happens to be his favorite. The refusal to accommodate such a simple request left him extremely upset, resulting in him crying for an hour. This was the store manager on the evening of 3/28/25. She is extremely rude and just unpleasant to look at with her upset looks and not welcoming at all. I've seen multiple reviews regarding her. Idky she is still employed there. Went back next day to get number of her supervisor and she refused to give me the information. I will continue to go back until I reach her supervisor will also be reporting her to corporate.

The staff here is simply AMAZING! Miss Vicky did a huge act of kindness about a month ago & we have not forgotten how happy she made our little one! Please never get rid of the anamatronics! We live LITERALLY 2 min away from a Chuckie Cheese, but we travel 30 minutes just for the anamatronics! The NOSTALGIA brings all of us! And I literally mean EVERY ADULT at the location. I always see them taking selfie with them it takes us back to our childhood for a moment, and I LOVE IT !
