Haven't been here since I was a kid so that sums up about 20 years ago and the changes they've made in my opinion have been nothing but pure excellence. That's also not to say things weren't excellent back then because common let's face it , as a kid those high rise tunnel slides and that massive ball pit were everything. I get it though, times have changed & we were hit by a world wide pandemic so those things had to be removed & replaced. Nevertheless, the upgraded version of the place is still outstanding.

I came in with my family to have diner and some fun for my kids we had a great experience Jackie helped us out at the register by far the best costumer service I’ve had in a while I believe she’s a new manager please keep her around made us feel so welcomed this is my favorite ChuckEcheese now I willl definerly come back with my kids kudos ChuckEcheese on having Jackie as manager

Solid spot for kiddo fun. The pizza cook was on game while we were there, nice and crisp that pizza was. Games are in good condition, and the staff is friendly.Kid-friendliness: super kid friendly. ?

I have not seen this location in person, but I will have a chance because this is the only location that is keeping the animatronics. Please let the Pineville 3 stage in North Carolina be the next retro cec location
