We’ve done two half sheet cakes with Costco bakery and they’ve both been great! They do the icing only and have several selections to choose from. You can ask them to write specifically what you’d like and choose the color as well. I purchased these toppers myself. Best price for a half sheet you will find anywhere.

We bought tires from Costco with flat tire service. However, for the last year or so, the tire center has been refusing to check and fix flat tire. It seems that it is caring and focus on sale for new tires and not focus on customer services . Today 1/11/2023 and last few tries, they keep referring to phone schedules which doesn’t work. How can one wait for weeks to fix flat tire? Some senior managers should check the flat tire service numbers to review their policies.
I like Costco but it fails on tire service contract.

I am a huge fan of Costco I shop every week at Northridge Costco but Some of the Employees are rude I would call them Racist. They are extremely Rude to the Asians only. I have their names too. This kind of behavior is not only insulting but it shows how these employees are raised and have no moral values.EXTREMELY disappointed !!

Always a pleasant experience when not extremely busy. People are polite & considerate of others (which is rare nowadays) especially in the valley. Burbank branch however is a much better experience.

The best Costco, Unlike others, you can always find a parking spot and waiting in the gas line is not as long as Van Nuys. Love this costco, been going here for around 20 years!
