We’ve done two half sheet cakes with Costco bakery and they’ve both been great! They do the icing only and have several selections to choose from. You can ask them to write specifically what you’d like and choose the color as well. I purchased these toppers myself. Best price for a half sheet you will find anywhere.

Chicken bake wasn't hot at all. A little less than warm. The drink station was sticky. Place your older only takes cards which is a disappointment. Very aggressive asking me where my Costco card was when entering; wasn't friendly at all. {Older Blk Male}: 07/06/21 afternoon. Bought Walnuts & Oatmeal.

Had the most absolute top notch customer service today. Lost cash in the store while checking out. Did it realize till I got home and called right away to see if anyone turned it in. Biggest shoutout to Mike in the maintenance department for doing such an amazing job in keeping the store look it's finest and for Turing in found money. Truly such an amazing and honest staff.

Everyone that works in the membership department is extremely lazy. Their process and line management is unclear and disorganized. There is no sense of urgency from the staff so it's very frustrating as a consumer while waiting because there is no explanation as to where to line up for which service. They take returns, process new memberships and help current cardholders with temporary cards in case they forgot to bring it that day. Clients are constantly aimlessly wandering around and have to be re shuffled to a different area without a proper hold spot in line. It adds unnecessary time and is terrible line management and customer service.

I usually visit the Woodland Hills location. But, I decided to drop by here since I was in the area. I do not know if it's always like it was today - Sunday afternoon. The store was out of stock on some items. The employees were scarce, or did not care to be helpful to customers. The entrance into the parking gets more congested due to the In N Out cars lining up. I would prefer the Woodland Hills Costco:

I usually go to this Costco location to get gas. Convenient because it is near where I live. With the gas prices now, Costco is the best option. It is best to come early to avoid long lines.

love this Costco and the inventory that they have but the customer service is horrible. the last 2 times my mom has gone there she's gotten nothing but rude disgusting customer service from the employees. this time it was from a horrible associate names Wendy. they seem miserable and take it out on innocent customers. please teach your employees hospitality and how to represent a business.

My go-to Costco. Lots of parking. Everything is spaced out. Lots of registers. The food court is inside and organized with tables to eat. Always clean and organized.

The Costco in Northridge is the best Costco in the San Fernando Valley. All of the staff is polite always greeting everyone with a smile. I always see staff cleaning and sanitizing cashier stations coolers and freezers. I can honestly say it's one of if not the cleanest Costco I've been too. Also the cart crew is AWESOME. Rain or shine whether it's windy or 100 degrees outside, they are always willing to help with any questions or help loading items into the vehicles. Most polite happy and honest cart crew that I've seen. They make my experience at Costco Northridge well worth it. I will continue to shop at Costco Northridge.

Since when you people check if the person paying is the actual owner of the membership? Today the cashier profile me as a thief of membership when I DO PAY MY OWN!! SHE MADE ME TAKE MY MASK OFF TO SHOW HER MY FACE, GOT ME EXPOSED TO COVID IN A STORE THAT HAS MORE THAN 100 PEOPLE IN THERE. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF SHE STILL CLAIMED I WASNT THE ONE ON THE PICTURE. Maybe better quality of membership picture or better quality of service/staff. Definitely taking my business somewhere else where they don't give me racist looks and profiles me of something I'm not doing!!!!

The WORST experience ever. Me and my girlfriends went through Costco to get our rapid covid test for our trip to Hawaii. Costco backs and works with Azova which is the lab that processes the tests. The lab along with Costco guarantee that we get our tests back within the allocated 72 hour period needed to fly to Hawaii. We DID NOT receive the results back within the guaranteed time, therefore had to pay an additional $250 each for a rapid test to be done that day so that we could make our flight. We did not receive the product we paid Costco for. The reason we went through Costco versus another approved testing center is because of Costco's reputable reputation. We went into Costco to get our money back for this test obviously, because we didn't get the item we paid for. Costco refused to give us our money back because on the box it says that the item may not be refunded. But again; I bought it through Costco, and thats not Costco's return policy so I didn't even pay any mind to it. Costco affiliates with this lab and promises we get the item we paid for, therefore Costco should back their word and give us our money back. I shouldn't have to learn my lesson and get screwed out of $460. Costco should take this as a learning lesson and not affiliate with outside facilities that cannot keep their word. I have been a member, along with my family for decades. And I am extremely disappointed. I believe that me and my girlfriends need to get our money back. I would love me contacted by someone who can help.

This review is for the Pharmacy inside Costco. The Clerk there who rings you up (Ashley) is the best! These days it's hard to find good customer service and she was honestly like what I imagine people were like in the 50s when good service meant something. She was patient enough to help me save money when she easily could've just rang me up without caring about me or my finances. In these hard times when most are financially insecure, every dollar counts. I made it a point to read her name tag so I could give her praise considering I just left another Pharmacy where the Clerk was so rude to me and I regretted not getting her name. We need more people like Ashley in this cold and heartless society. She gives me hope for humanity. Thank you Ashley! Keep up the good work!

This Costco is the worst for checking out. Literally each time I visited this place to shop, the younger hispanic kids never box anything for me. I have a bad back and I've asked "can I have a box please?" And every time they say "it's over there." Every time I box my own stuff and I asked why is that? I'm always given a "we're busy respond." If you're elderly for some place else like vons or Ralph's...or a different Costco. This one's customer service stinks!

Ever wanted to be herded out of a store like cattle by employees?? Look no further, this is your place. So here I am, visiting a Costco after avoiding it for so long. My visit went as usual, no fuss until we got close to closing time. I get wanting to close on time but if customers are in your store before closing, they should have the right to finish shopping. I understand telling people who are loitering that your closed but what they did was ridiculous. Here I am going down an aisle with my wife and we notice the end of the aisle is blocked off by wood pallets and employees telling us they're closed and to check out now. We leave back the way we came and go down another aisle trying to find our friend. "We're closed, move it along" we are told as we try to go back into the back aisles. "Can I at least put this back down?" I ask. " give it here, we'll handle that, check out is that way" the employee creating a barricade tells me. I then notice that they are making a wall of employees and slowly closing in and edging us towards the registers whether we were done or not. It was literally only 6:15..... I've never felt so much like a cattle in a store. An overall strange and stressful experience. Good job on the management teaching their employees to herd us out at 6 on the dot. Ill be sure to stay out. I'm clearly not welcome here.
