Had issues with the bill...wrong items had to be removed, they also combined the bill which lead to difficulties trying to decipher who had what, would of been easier for everyone to get their own bill. Spent at least 30min for management to try and figure things out, at one point they had 5 trying to fix things. After all that time they finally corrected all the billing. The server at our table had poor skills, very inexperienced, will not return to this establishment.

Our server was friendly and got our order correct. It was not her fault that the restaurant was packed on a game night. The food took a very long time to get to the table and it appears that was the case for everyone in the restaurant at that time because they were short staffed. The food met expectations but was still pretty pricey considering. The alcoholic beverages were great but due to the long wait time, my table didn't consider ordering a second or third round for most of us. Overall, I'd still dine here again but would advise people to consider a long wait time for their food to be brought to their table on a very popular game night like dodger's World Series.

Horrible experience. They did not want to give us a table big enough for 9 although I reserved one. They kept insisting for us to use two separate booths. When a table was available they were giving us trouble to transfer us to it. Our waiter was horrible we would ask for drinks or additional napkins or forks and the wouldn't come back and if he did it was a while later. This is the first and last time we go to Dave n busters to celebrate a loved one's birthday. Do not recommend if a big party of people.

Ordered Queso and chips. They brought the dip out first and then the chips like 15 mins later the cheese was cold. They never came back to check on our table wanted to order another item. They claim they got busy

My son and I showed up for our reservation on time, when we went inside i was told the they were closed because a company rented out the whole place for a party and they wouldn't reopen until after 3pm that day, they should have had something on their website stating this and I should not have been able to reserve a table , many people with their children's were showing up only to be turned away. waste of everybody's time

I had a very disappointing experience at Dave & Buster's during my visit last weekend. From the moment I entered, the customer service was poor. There was a line of about 12 people at the register, and instead of assisting, the manager left the employee to handle it alone without opening another register or calling for additional support. While dining, my waiter insisted on holding on to my debit card even though my family and I were seated in the dining area, not near the bar and not ordering alcohol, claiming it was company policy. This immediately raised concerns, so I asked nearby tables if the same had happened to them, and they all said no. I then asked the waiter to show me the written policy, but he admitted he didn't know where to find it. When I pointed out that others around me were not asked for their cards, he offered to bring over the manager. The same manager from earlier came over and explained that it was not official company policy but rather something they were ā€œadoptingā€ from the bar area because some guests dine and then go play games, making it harder to collect payment later. While I understand the reasoning, this approach is problematic. It creates inconsistency in customer treatment and, intentionally or not, opens the door to selective profiling of guests. Holding onto payment cards selectively is not an acceptable solution and makes for a very uncomfortable guest experience. Overall, this visit left me with serious concerns about customer service standards and fairness in how policies are applied.

Service was horrible. Their tablets weren't working. Took forever to get our drinks. Took even longer for them to even TAKE our order. We were there for almost 2 hours before we got to eat and get our play cards. Worst experience. Definitely staying with the Pasadena location. This one is horrible. Would not recommend.

-Nascar Racing (1 broken wheel of 2, does not drive right and they do not link up to play together)
-Cruisin’ Racing (2 broken of 4, other 2 do not link up to play together)
-Cyberpunk Shooting (1 broken of 2, can’t play together)
-Hot Wheels Seated Racing (1 broken of 2, can’t play together)
-Hot Wheels Standing Racing (3 broken of 5, only ones working are on the side with bad view)
-Axe Throwing (1 broken of 2, can’t play together)
-Mario x Sonic Snowboard Game (1 broken of 2)
-Pyramid Shaped Stacker Game (1 broken of 4)
-Photo booth broken

Well we set at the bar, two bartenders walked passed us did not ask if we wanted a drink or food. Two couple came and set down on both sides of us... the bartenders servered them before us...just saying!

Was waiting to buy food at the bar first other was ok second one the bar tender was too busy with another couple I was waiting 15 minutes and left cause she was ignoring me. It always hard to get the bill you need to beg for the bill. The kids were tired and it was late maybe 45 minutes we were waiting the other day at the table for the bill. That’s why I went to order at the bar

Autumn provided the best service I've had in a long time. She was great. The manager Efren addressed a problem I had and made me feel like a valued customer.

Would leave 5 starts but several machines weren't working and when we swiped the card it ate the credits but didn't dispense balls. No one around to talk to fix the problem. That's a robbery right there machines that aren't working should simply not take the credits from your card. Been to other Dave and busters and never had that experience always someone around to fix they issue.
