We celebrated my sons bday and from beginning to the end it was great the staff was on point everything came together real well. Most definitely recommend

Good location and food is always great I enjoy the games and staff is always friendly. Knocking one star because we had few hiccups with our games credits being stolen so had to get manager involved but everything was resolved promptly!

Sorry but this place was not for me. Food was ok. Drinks were OK. Just too loud and I don't like dodging kids that are running around with no supervision.

Most all of the games are broken one way another. $200 down the drain. Avoid at all costs! Kids will hate if the adults did.

Making a reservation DOES NOT mean you have a table. I had a party of 6 so I reserved ahead of time. When I arrived, there was no host to seat us. A small sign said that we should seat ourselves. There were no tables big enough and no one helped us. I asked a worker what we should do since we had a reservation. I was told to go to a certain area because that would be "the only place I'd find a table" for us. We went there. No one came to take our order. After waiting for too long, we were told we could not sit in that area because it was reserved for an event. We were sent back to the area we started at and tried to squeeze into a booth. We waited again. The same worker that sent us to the event area came and said we were not allowed to sit there because the table was for 4 and we were 6. At this point, I'm wondering what the purpose of making a reservation is since it seemed not to matter. I mention it and she says it's for time not a table and says she she can put us on a waiting list. By this time, we've been wandering around for about 35 minutes so I ask her calmly to clarify that after making a reservation, being given instructions to sit in an area that is private only to be removed from that area, she now wants me to go stand and wait for a table? So she says she will bring a manager. The manager didn't come. She came back to tell us they'd clean a table for us. So I look back and there's what seems like the manager cleaning our table. We get seated a few minutes later. We're sitting near the bar and it's super loud. A waitress comes and takes our order standing on the side of the table where the kids are seated and no one can hear her quiet voice. She seems annoyed. I have to ask everyone for their order since no one could hear her. The price of the playing cards is way too high. The unlimited card for 90 minutes is not unlimited. You can only charge it every 30 seconds and each time it goes down a minute. Not 90 minutes, 90 swipes. Never doing this again.

This place was kind of a dump. Aside from the food being mediocre and the service being slow, the arcade was dirty and kind of run down. Lots of games not working or missing parts. A skee ball or basketball game without balls?

Malaysia was amazing!!! Thank you girl for being patient cashing in our stack of SpongeBob cards. The food was great and our waiter Milad was cool.

Came on a Wednesday for half-price games, but most weren’t working properly or were turned off. Spent money loading up the game card but left within 20 minutes feeling disappointed and somewhat scammed. I recommend everyone to scoop out the games before loading up your cards.

Sadly This location has declined drastically the past couple of years! We went there to watch the Dodgers & Kings game and just about all the TV's around the bar were having static issues besides couple of the TV's were very fade and some completely OFF! After failing to find any employees and chasing bartenders we found a bartender with Tattoos a ponytail and an Attitude if she can change one of the TV's to the Kings game after a quick couple of minutes she said they don't have the game and was rude! We got the Manager (nice and professional) who found the game quickly!

Everyone that works there are awesome ppl, they host game 7 for the world series lets go Dodgers food and drinks 🤌👍✌️

food was ok . allot of the staff didnt seem happy to much or service oriented . its really nice there but no more , fun place to take the kids
