I have to say one of the best service experiences in the Los Angeles area. everything in arcade was done smoothly. We even had a problem with one of the prizes and it was exchanged immediately. And of course, with a smile. I highly recommend coming here for birthdays, celebrations, and overall fun with the kids. not only do the kids enjoy it, but I think the service was outstanding that made the entire afternoon awesome

Beware. If you are trying to come out so your kids can have fun while you enjoy yourself, go to a different dave n busters. This one sucks. The food was cold and took 30 minutes to serve each dish that we ordered. The place was filthy, and it seemed like the servers had no sense of direction. It's a mad house. Don't waste your time and money.

Service at the party check in desk was very polite. The hostess working at the restaurant check in was awful. She told us it was over an hour wait (which wasn't a big deal) however her tone was annoyed, and basically ignored us, assuming we didn't want to get on the waitlist. She stated they have a lot going on today and then dismissed us.

OK, so there’s a list of things to share about this place! First of all the time that I went, a lot of the games were out of service or broken or not working correctly! Secondly the machine to load the cards was down all night so we had to wait in these long lines to add more money to our play cards. We ordered food and it took over 45 minutes to get our appetizer and on top of that another 30 to get her food.. our drinks were so slow to come to us that I went to the bar ordered a drink and that was way faster. I spoke to the manager and she did give me some chips and return for everything that was going on, but we will definitely not be going back to this location.

The mangers have denied me of my check, I’ve called constantly over the course of 2 months and tried getting a hold of corporate and no one would get back to me.. Every time I bring up the issue in order to get resolved i get told every excuse under the moon.. I wouldn’t recommend working here…
