Why have hours posted online if your closed an hour before you are posted to? 11:09pm on a Saturday. Hours state close at midnight. Very disappointed.

There was a young man taking our order. My daughter said if we get a discount and he said yeah the Senior citizen discount. Which is so rude to even assume anything . I've never been so insulted . And who ever was the supervisor/manager just sat there and not said one word .From what I understand that if someone is a senior they will ask specifically for that discount and you have to show id . So he needs to be retrained because we're never going back there again.

Worst customer service I've ordered multiple times thru the app to pick up from the restaurant and they never have my food ready. Wait time too long at this location and staff is very rude. Find another location. Whats the point if ordering ahead of time if it takes 30 min to get the food?
Paid extra for quaso dip for my fries and they forgot it so now I can't enjoy the fries I got either

As fast food chains go, I like most of the items go. Real cheese shredded daily , steak tacos and ground beef is good quality. I usually get the chicken burrito with green sauce and take out the white sauce. I think it taste more Mexican like that. Not sure why there’s white sauce in there. Give it a try

Wanted to go with the 2 kids and asked if we could use a coupon per kid and the cashier said we should ask the manager and when we asked her she flat out refused giving a look like we're breaking some kind of a covenant so I said I'm out, we went to Popeyes instead
