Just waited 15 mins for a service … The hostess try to sit us at a dirty table , asked to be seated at a clean one across from dirty table. There was 7 tables seated and we waited to be service just for coffee . Got up cashed for manager and he was too busy to speak with us. I am a grandma wanting to take my grandkids to breakfast with my daughter …. Shame on this dennys .

This place had the worst service on Christmas Eve. My parent came to town to visit I took them to Dennys. The manager seen that I was wondering why he went to every table except our. When he finally came out the never to call me mama.i let that go Went to the front to ask the manager why is our food is taking awhile “quote we have a lot of online order I then asked the waiter when is our food coming his response was it will be out when it comes out. I hate to give them one star, to be clear, service at this Denny's has always been exemplary, but they're being let down by corporate, not a new story... I'm actually pissed at their app and the corporate guest app program - they NEVER answer the phone, keep sending out texts that for instance we can get $10 off on a $50 total bill, (! To feed two people!) but when we tried to use it, their app/website wouldn't let me sign in, so guess who had to pay full price? And guess who will be eating at IHOP until Denny's credits me $10? This guy! This is not the first time this has happened either. Their corporate guest services department NEVER ANSWERS AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY, NEVER ANSWERS EMAILS.
Apparently Denny's will have new owners as of January 17th per the operator at corporate, so maybe this will improve.
And to be clear, service at this Denny's has always been exemplary, but they're being let down by corporate, not a new story...

Very slow service had to wait for my water and they forgot my salad until I said something.
Always go to breakfast is the country fried steak and eggs. Food is great and staff friendliness and service is even greater. I just wish the country fried steak was a bigger portion, was in past years

The service was the worst here. It’s not even the food it was the people running that place. I had another incidence where I tired to order a pick up and at first she said we can pay in person but then she kept insisting that we had to be over the phone with our cards. I have never had this issue before and she was being so rude.

This particular Denny's is one we frequent the most. Everything is very consistent here, especially the food and service. All the waiters and management are very warm and friendly. Recommend the wild Alaskan salmon and the junior chocolate chip pancakes for the kids! Enjoy!
