I was really impressed the first time I had breakfast here. The food was amazing and good service. But on my second trip last week I found a coil wire from a stovetop cleaning brush inside my omelet. So gross!! I told the waitress and she didn't seem surprised at all. No manager came to talk to us. I ended up ordering a sandwich that I didn't even finish because I was grossed out. I still paid for my food the waitress did take away the crepe I ordered. But still a manager should have came to talk to us. Very scary because what if one of my kids would have bit into the wire. The waitress was amazing! Not her fault and she was always checking on us. But for sure never going there again. Please check your food people.

My family and I come here alot. Never is the wait to long. I was not happy with a situation. Let me tell you. My complaint was not taken lightly. From the manager to the general manager to the ownerI got calls from all.of themMultiple times. Making sure the minor situation was cleared up. I was so happy and impressed. Thank you Hamid, Juan and JonathanI look forward to making more memories with my oh so busy family. In ur restaurant. It's hard getting everyone together. Somehow we. Always make it happen here. Breakfast options are great but asked for 'Potatoes Obrien'and the waitress said "we have potatoes but not that?"lol it's OK. I ordered a regular plate to keep it safe.Vegetarian options: I love the Veggie omelet
Food is cold! We talked to manager about food being cold and not fresh. His reply well we have the same cooks. Not going back, he was so not helpful.

Although it was busy, our wait time was less than expected on a Sunday morning. Fast and friendly service. The young man at front with curly hair was polite. Our waitress Susie, very sweet and attentive. Our daughter loved the cheeseburger, had amazing taste. My Choconana pancakes were delicious perfect with my red potatoes, bacon and egg white. The Oreo shakes are delicious. Ty.

No, obviously this is a chain restaurant so don't think you're going to something fancy. This place is extremely clean. The food always comes out nice and hot. I've never had an issue with anything unsanitary here and I've been coming here for about three years. Overall this place does look very clean . But the reason I'm really writing this with you is because I had such a good experience tonight with Tracy. She was on it she was hustling and she moved to the sense of urgency. I'm very Indecisive, and she had the patience with me as I kept on changing my order. This will now be might go to place.
