This is my local Domino’s. I live a mile away, less than 4 minutes. I order here regularly. DO NOT order delivery. 6/10 times you’ll wait over an hour. Pick up only. It’s usually as expected. Sometimes you’ll wait over an hour for pickup.
However, on 11-22 I ordered two late night pizzas. The pizza arrived later than expected, which was fine. When I opened the pizza, it was incredibly soggy and soft. The toppings were overcooked and the pizza was very hot despite being soggy and soft so we expected it to be safe. My guests and I all had 2–3 slices.
Within hours we all began waking up with intense stomach pains and nausea.
The pizza was severely undercooked.
Nobody picked up the phone on the phone number listed. The app’s resolution service offers a free pizza, which is annoying.
I will be writing a letter to Dominos corporate about this location. Unlike others in the area, this one consistently struggles. The staff are professional and kind but they’re understaffed or overworked.
To be honest, this 11-22 pizza was probably the worst pizza of my life.

There is no one to answer your call to begin with. I ordered online for delivery. The tracking system is not accurate since it keeps adding time, and again, there is no one to answer any calls. Keep in mind that I live about one mile away from the store! For sure, I will not order from Domino's again! There are many other pizzerias around us with excellent service!

The AUDACITY of the Dominos delivery driver, I have ordered many times from this location to have food delivered to my current employer as well as past employers. I have never had an issue in all the years but today the driver had the nerve to call me and tell me he couldn’t drop off the pizza. I would have to go outside and find him. What is the point of delivery then if I have to get out and find him. Like why charge 5.99 for delivery when he claims he never goes inside the mall to deliver. Like excuse me! Never has this been an issue before. I don’t know if he is new or just lazy! Won’t be ordering from here again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! This is what a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich looks like to you?! It’s clearly barbecue and when I called to dispute it they said it wasn’t! Im not one to complain but this is wrong, they fail to take responsibility for their actions.

I've never had such bad experience with any store. Ordered a pan pizza, which CLEARLY wasn't pan crust, and I added extra cheese where 2 slices had NO cheese. And this was the 10th time this happened. On top of that I had a piece of MEAT in my pizza (I'm a vegetarian). On calling the store, the person whom I spoke with hung up my call in the middle of the conversation and did not pickup after calling several time. THERE'S NO WAY I CAN CALL THE DOMINOS CUSTOMER SERVICE or noo way to log a complaint. You need to do soooo much better Dominos!
Very bad customer service that location I order pizza wait for two hours when I called the store for my pizza delivery supervisor, there was so rude He canceled my order after I wait two hours I never go back this location and I tell my old friends too

Absolutely worst dominoes ever. They’ll put in the app that your order is ready just because they don’t want to get in trouble for taking so incredibly long because they’re so incredibly short staffed. Then you get there after already waiting 40 minutes to wait another hour. Do not go here

I called to pick up the order and the lady messed up my order and she told me that they don’t take complains on the store so I called and the phone was ringing so it doesn’t make sense that I called that same number and didn’t pick up and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order

I’m FURIOUS. I had friends over and decided to order a medium specialty pizza from Domino’s. Big mistake. The pizza arrived on time, sure—but what a joke. It was a bare, pathetic excuse for a pizza. On a 12-inch pie, I counted exactly seven slices of pepperoni. Seven. As in, one per slice if you’re lucky. There were maybe seven tiny black olive bits and mushrooms so scarce you’d need a microscope to find them.
This wasn’t just disappointing—it was embarrassing. I was mortified serving this to my guests. Domino’s, if you’re going to charge for a specialty pizza, at least have the decency to put actual toppings on it. This place doesn’t deserve a single star. Never again.
