This is my second time being here and the first time was around September 2004 when I bought a Thai iced tea on my way to my girlfriend at that time who lived in Roscoe and Zelzah before I took the bus. Back then, they put it in a white styrofoam cup, it was owned by two Thai or vietnamese couple. They have new ownership now however.
So, I passed by and checked what changed. I ordered a Thai iced tea boba, a tuna sandwich, and a chocolate donut. The Thai iced tea was typical iced tea boba and the tuna sandwich was a typical home made tuna sandwich. The chocolate donut however, I didn't get it and I was too tired to remind them for it.
I would have given them a 5 stars instead of 4 had they not have forgotten my complete order and if they had a bathroom but they didn't.

This is the cleanest and most well run donut/coffee/sandwich shop I have ever frequented. I am always delighted by how fresh their items behind the counter are, that they are always fully stocked. And the people who run it seem to be very ontop of cleaning and getting your order to you efficiently. I love this spot

The staff and owner here are always so welcoming and accommodating. Their sandwiches are delicious (the peppers and pickles on the side are a nice addition), their donuts are fresh and their boba teas are a nice treat. Our favorite is matcha pistachio. We also appreciate the vegetarian options and will be back soon.

This is a very busy place, clean, with happy pleasant service, but very busy shows how excellent this place IS‼️ It's my first time being here I got the breakfast platter. 3 eggs over medium, 2 hash browns, 3 croissants toasted with butter, 5 pieces of crunchy bacon 🥓 cooked to preffection 😍 I asked for the green drink of apple, spinach, celery and orange juice. I didn't like it way too much orange juice and the green vegetables can't even taste Way too Sweet ‼️ I was going to suffer drinking it and out of nowhere the hostess asked do I like ice coffee and I said I do she gave me one for free with hardly any sugar Perfect for my FANTABULOUS MEAL 🤗💖🤗💖‼️ BEST BREAKFAST platter EVER‼️‼️ The cook deserves a reward everything was Slamming anna Jamming 😋🤤😜😍‼️ I highly recommend try it for yourself I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I stopped by here in the morning to get some donuts. The plaza that this store is located in has very limited parking spots and small so be aware. I came in the early morning so I got a spot right in the front. When I walked inside, I was the only customer. So I looked at their donuts selections and knew what I wanted. The lady working let me know that I'll say some money if I get a box of 6 donuts instead of individual so I decided to do that. I got the 2 strawberry sprinkle donut, 2 chocolate glazed donut and 2 regular glazed donut. The lady working also threw in a complimentary donut as well which was very nice. The donuts were decent and my nephew along with my niece enjoyed them. They have some fruit drinks too and boba drinks if you're interested.

Came at the end of the day for some donuts. Got a couple of apple fritters, an old fashion and a dozen donut holes. Prices are plenty fair but most surprising was how fresh the donuts tasted considering the hour. Not to mention the sheer size of the apple fritters! Easily one of the best I've had in a long time. It wasn't oily, was the perfect texture of soft but crunchy, will definitely be coming back!
