Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.
They have free wifi and many outlets, plus an outdoor patio seating area (though the noisy road can be a nuisance). The inside and outside was quite clean. A great place to knock out some work. There’s also a bathroom inside for customers.
Service was great, though I only ordered a donut.

Got the chipotle wake up wrap and a coffee, walked to my car turned on my car and drank my coffee….all this time passed so when I took a bite of my food I didn’t expect it to scorch my mouth. It’s been 6 hours and the tip pf my tongue and roof of my mouth is burned and hurts so bad. I didn’t immediately eat the food so I can’t imagine if I had bit it when I received it!!! This is really dangerous what if I had given this to my kid. Pls check your oven temperatures!!!!!!! I will be contacting the manager. I love this place but this was unacceptable.

There's a male worker who has a nasty attitude! I hate this Dunkin donuts for that particular reason.
Service is poor due to bad organization. Got a box of donuts that were hilariously weirdly sized.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would.
From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that this store is being run into the ground. The staff act like they would rather be anywhere else, orders are consistently wrong, and customer service is practically non-existent.
The manager, Yesenia, is hands down one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered in food service. Instead of leading by example, she snaps at customers, ignores complaints, and treats both staff and guests with complete disrespect. Any issue that gets brought up is brushed off with attitude instead of being fixed. It’s honestly shocking that someone like her is even in charge.
As for the employees, they seem totally untrained and unwilling to help. Drinks are watered down or made incorrectly, food comes out cold or stale, and basic requests are treated like a burden. Don’t expect a smile, don’t expect accuracy, and definitely don’t expect any sense of urgency . You’ll just be disappointed.
There are plenty of Dunkin’ locations out there, and this one gives the whole brand a bad name. Until this place gets an entirely new management team and staff who actually care about customer service or just completely shut down, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

“America Runs on Dunkin’? More like America Runs AWAY from Dunkin’.”
If you’re craving stale donuts served with a side of death stares and silent rage, congratulations — you’ve found your heaven. This Dunkin’ location is less of a donut shop and more of a haunted DMV disguised as a coffee chain.
The vibe? Funerals are more cheerful. The staff — both male and female — especially the Hispanic employees (who, let’s be honest, seem like they were forced into customer service as punishment), serve you like you’re interrupting their day just by existing. Smiles are extinct here. Warmth? Nonexistent. It’s like they’re selling tombstones instead of coffee. Grumpy, cold, and always one second away from throwing your bagel at your face.
But wait, the cherry on top? They now charge $1 for a small cup of tap water. Yes, you read that right. Not bottled. Not sparkling. Just sink juice in a shot glass-sized cup. It’s not on the menu — it’s just an impromptu scam. Bravo, Dunkin’, for turning hydration into a hustle.
Save your money. Go literally anywhere else. Dunkin’ is where hope — and good service — go to die. 💀🍩
P.S. Their 2.7 Yelp rating? Honestly way too generous. I assume those extra stars are for the building having four walls and a door.

So I've been too alot of Dunkin Donuts because they offer the the best drink named Dunkalatte. I felt so bad for the 2 employees .This Dunkin is extremely busy and I found this to be another case of a Cheap Owner who doesn't staff their store correctly. I've been to others way less busy and 3x more employees. The 2 who were working were Amazing even though they were understaffed. And this Dunken is the priciest compared to the others I've been.BAD OWNER GREAT STAFF

I just went there to go pick up a couple dozen donuts for my class and they had already started throwing out all their donuts at half an hour before they closed.

This was by far the worst Dunkin ever. The staff are horrible people that mess up the drinks. Girl in the front hates customers. Needs to be restrained immediately. Rude and have the worst attitude. The people in charge obviously dont care about this location. I would skip this place.
Fresh donuts
I like this store, all the people are very nice! And the donuts are delicious!
Was here this morning and I had to write this review because the girls here deal with so much and are always nice. A customer started yelling at the workers than recorded a video of them! Also cursing at them, people have lost their minds. I have to give it to the worker with the beautiful eyes for speaking up and defending her crew. The customer backed down because of her , admirable to have courage like that. Horrible for people to treat them this way, they are the absolute best I have been coming for over a year now and my order always rocks. Keep it up girls!
