Food was good but the lady at the register was rude when I had spilled my fully new drink trying to fix the defective lid and she wouldn't replace the $7 coffee that I paid for.

Only 4 Stars because the eggs where fully scrambled instead of the signature runny eggs. I've been to a few location and the one in downtown LA next to the E-line is my favorite one to go to. Will come back to this location and try again. Still a big fan of Egg tuck every cook makes food different that's anywhere you go.

4.2/5 for the royal sandwich and 3.8/5 for the avocado sandwich. It was okay, the bread itself really did not have any flavor. The one that carried was the sausage for the royal sandwich. Im just glad price is somewhat reasonable though. Cold brew was decent as well.

Extremely tasty meal items! Clean and open atmosphere! Happy & helpful customer service.
Had to come back to taste the Korean Patty. I tried the Royal Burrito that includes the Korean Patty inside. I am not a fan of the Korean Patty. I love Korean BBQ (which is what I was told it taste like) but I don't think it goes well with eggs, etc. It wasn't bad but I won't buy it again.
My go to is the Ham & Cheese, plus Avacado & Bacon! I will likely stick with that in the future!
Thanks again for the great service!

It was a really solid choice. Good but not great to me.
First time at the restaurant. I got the tots with scrambled eggs atop and coffee. Ordered the eggs scrambled hard since the menu mentioned that they normally scramble eggs lightly which leaves them runny. I hate runny scrambled eggs.
Service was meh. I’m not a fan of filling out my own order, but that was what was required. They don’t take orders, you have to submit your order via a computer screen. And on top of that, it asks you to provide a tip!!! A tip for taking my own order?!?! Really?!
The coffee was ok but the tots with eggs were very good. The tots were cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside and soft and warm inside. The eggs on top were cooked exactly as I had requested. They drizzle 2 sauces that I cannot describe on top. The amount of sauce was perfect. Enough to provide the flavor but not too much to make the tots soggy. The sauces had a zing to them but were not overpowering. The serving size was perfect, too.

A restaurant focused on egg sandwiches and burritos.
1st time vist and I tried there classic egg sandwich. It tasted so good, the texture was moist and fluffy. Will come back again to try there other menu items.

Very solid breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the bacon and egg sando with a New Orleans latte. The sandwich had the softest, fluffiest eggs, perfectly crispy bacon, and really tasty bread. Customer service, however, was somewhat disappointing. The woman working near the cashier kiosks handed me my order without the coffee and made a weird gesture when I pointed the lack of my coffee out. She also never offered help at the kiosk or welcomed me in. On the other hand, Sibel (I think that was her name), brought my iced coffee with a smile and even made quick small talk so yay for her. There are multiple tables available, but it looks like it can get full fast, and parking is in the lot behind the building. I'll definitely be back though, I need to try those tots!

I live in the building where this Egg Truck is located, and I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences here. The first time, the barista stopped making my drink mid-way to serve another customer she seemed to know, leaving me waiting even after I’d already been acknowledged. Today, while waiting at the kiosk to order, it was busy and there was a line. When the barista called for the next person, I stepped up, but she told me she wasn’t talking to me and waved over the man behind me because she knew him. It’s frustrating to be treated this way as a regular and resident. I hope management addresses this lack of professionalism and ensures all customers are treated equally.

We could not even take a picture, the food was just too perfect and needed to be eaten!! These are not some basic boring egg sandwich! Tons of flavor packed with whipped fluffy eggs. Service was efficient and the place is modern and clean. We will be back often!
