I wanted to give 5 stars because the gentleman of Arabian descent was one of the nicest guys I’ve met at a restaurant and showed exceptional skill when displaying his customer service BUT the salad was bad and I already left the area. Had to drive back, only for me to get another bowl with a TON of OLD LETTUCE in my SALAD! My wife is GM at another location in SF valley and I’ve never had this problem at her location. Please fix ASAP.

Cant redeem the rewards points at any polloloco. I tried 6 diferent times in diferents locations. Every time i scan the code at kiosk ,cashiers or app it says invalid code. I dont see the purpose of earning points and not be able to redeem the points earned. What a dissappintment on the corporation

We had such a great experience here. The food was excellent ! I want to give a special recognition to the manager Aracely. My grandson accidently ordered the wrong burrito, and of course didn't realize it till he tried it. She changed it for him immediately, and was so very kind ! He absolutely loved it ! A+ all the way, for the fantastic food and management !! Thank you again..best food and customer service !!

Double chicken bowl really hits the spot. My new fav menu item, tho they have many others. Always good quality fresh ingredients. You'll feel good feeding your body with their food. It's guilt free. And very fair pricing

Bad, today I went to bring food for my son who has autism and they didn't close the lid on the beans properly and everything spilled on the flour tortillas and other dressers. I called to explain what happened and they asked me for the purchase # and the guy from the drive true told me that it was in a bag with the food and nothing was there, the lady in charge told me to come back and that she was going to give me the food again but as if I was going to a 3 hour therapy? so cruel even explaining to them who it was for The food lacks empathy if they knew that a mother of a child with autism lived everything brand new and they were brand new even more ?

They're changing too many things and lowering the quality of food while increasing prices. Not a great idea. The staff person I was barely able to interact with over the giant machines on the counter was polite. I'm not sure who had the idea to install giant kiosks to order on the main counter alongside a 90s home printer scanner looking machine. But that also is not a good idea.
